The great thing about this series is that details that get shoved to the back of your head, and are treated like they'll be ignored, like Meliodas looking like a kid, are actually important plot points that are adtessed later on.
Demons can live up to 1000 years of age. But the 10 commandments got sealed and thats why they still alive 3000 years later. Also spoiler. Meliodas is cursed and is immortal basically

As you were saying the names of the seven deadly sins (when you could see the posters at the beginning) I cringed so hard because every single one was prounced wrong It happens in 90% of all anime reactions and it makes me wish I could be there in that moment and correct them
