@@Lu-zr5qv ooo I can try? Just a warning, I’m explaining the full book so if you maybe want to read it in the future maybe don’t read if you don’t spoilers. The movies narrator is Patroclus, it starts off by basically just explain he has never had a good life. In short, after that he got sent to achilles fathers palace (I don’t remember how to spell him name) after accidentally killing someone by pushing them. He starts out as a normal worker, almost, but slowly just realizes achilles is ALWAYS around and he kind of hates him without hating him? Anyways, achilles ends up helping him and they start going out. Eventually Achilles gets told to not hang around Patroclus and to go train with Chiron. Patroclus, so love stricken, chases after him and they end up training together. Finally, they find out that if Achilles goes to help fight in the Trojan war, he will die. If he doesn’t, he will have no honor or legacy, something really big to him. Patroclus, though desperately wanting him to stay, agrees to go with him, no matter the choice. With the turn of events achilles refuses to fight. Patroclus, knowing that he was already going to die and wanting him to at least have a good legacy, pretends to be Achilles. Hector, a Trojan prince, kills him (he dies by the hands of achilles soon after). Finally, achilles just really wants to die and yknow, ends up dying. But, as Patroclus didn’t get a proper burial, he ends up being forever destined apart with achilles. The story ends with Achilles mom and Patroclus getting past eachothers differences to talk about achilles, and Achilles mom finally adding Patroclus’ name to the tombstone, let him and Achilles ‘be one’ again.
I don't think you understand how hard I laughed at this one 2:15. I was dying on my couch, I couldn't breathe, my ribs still hurt, I was coughing and choking, I was crying a bit too. This whole series is amazing but that made my week.
All i have to say is that my solangelo shipper and my the song of achilles fanatic ass is well fed. Would love some more patrochilles content because this is amazing 🤧
This is my 3rd time watching this video but for some reason every time I saw Jason I had a meltdown and started crying about how he will never meet nicos Cocoa Puffs from the sun and the star
