For a long time, I've always loved the idea for a sewing club. The idea for one has been tossed around through the games development and I felt like the club could finally have a place in 1980s mode. In 202X, it says Oka was the founder of the Occult Club, yet one exists in 1980s mode. Dev said this club was short lived and was discontinued soon after the events of 1980s mode. I, however, would like to replace the 1980s Occult Club with a Sewing Club. The main idea is to give a way for Ryoba to get clean uniforms (she has no access to Info-chan, Hazu, or the internet, so the one way she could get one in game was by picking a random one up in the sewing room).
The main benefit of the Occult Club, is to allow the player to play recklessly and be able to go on a murder rampage. I wanted to try include that idea into this club's benefit so it wouldn't be redundant. The ability to sew gifts is meant to allow the player to easily kill off rivals, and then fix what they have done by investing time into the club.
