in the dark in Tampa layer of the batcave the Batman sits in his desk trying to calculate the meaning of the letter as he speaks with his trusty Butler Alfred about his wretched foe. deep inside don't we all believe that the madman knows a secret that the same man does not? if that is true play Gotham City has much to be afraid of.
