It's because of how the prismas are implemented in the game. They're different than Iana, who basically just spawns another player model. Prismas are lower poly and don't have any idle animation.
6:04 Headshots in Siege aren't instakills, but have a 50x damage multiplier, meaning rarely a 1-3 damage hit can result in survival, not including penetration damage reduction. Assuming it was the 100 hp Ela at 5:54, who you hit at least once for 42-44 each hit before you hit the 50% reduced damage (for the double layered wall penetration) headshot, then even if Siege somehow calculated your headshot bullet as incredibly low damage, the math doesn't add up. She'd have survived a 1 damage hit and died to a 2 or more, assuming you hit her only once before the headshot, regardless of potential rook armor making her 120 hp. In conclusion, I have no idea how this happened.
I'm not saying you're wrong but where are you getting this information from? I say this because was wouldn't the numbers be shown as such in the shooting range?
But realistically with enough penetration and the bullet still hitting your head would actually live? it has to be going fast enough to do serious damage but not fast enough to outright kill you, also if it is extremely rare for anyone to survive a headshot even with a lot of penetration but contact still happens then they should change it to a 149x multiplier as then if with a 1 damage headshot it would take a 3 armor down to 1 or 21 health depending on if there is rook armor or not
btw your info is right, this is why supressors sometimes cause lower damage weapons like smgs to not 1hsK, this is very common when headshotting atks like sens or montagne
@@viktoroverli the numbers are wrong tbf, at optimal range headshots are 5x and below that 10x, suppressors reduce damage and falloff, resulting in many smgs and shotguns being incapable of 1taps on a few maps, most notably bank and kafe
@@cerjmedia Just curious, what did you mean by bad matchmaking? I haven't had any issues/bad experiences with the game in recent times that I could say is due to bad matchmaking or anything else like that. That is not to say that I am having the most fun I've ever had, though. The game is still fun to play casually with friends, but it's not as fun as it used to be. Or I dunno, maybe I'm being overtly nostalgic and don't remember how the game really was. Who knows.
@@ghhjoglgogogmmc4725 The reason why I say it's bad is because multiple times a day I run into Champions in my casual matches (I play on console where there is no Streamer Mode so I can look up the stats of every player I run into on the tracker website). My casual rank is Gold/Platinum and my friends are silver and bronze (i only have a select few friends I play with), and yet, we still run into champions, (even if they are not on the other team they are on mine). In fact, often when we requeue we run into the same guys, even if we got 0-3'd. If there was any sense of actually fair and balanced matchmaking, I wouldn't be running into these guys. There's one guy who is number 21 in the world in terms of casual ranking that I have run into a whopping 5 times! To be fair, it's not every game that this happens, but it does quite often. Perhaps the reason why casual/unranked is so bad is because the way they calculate the matchmaking by taking the average of the ranks, and if they have even a single copper level in their party (who is usually a smurf) then it brings the average by so much that it's enough to have our team average be close enough to theirs, which isn't a problem in ranked since there is the MMR Lock. Doesn't explain how I keep getting champions on my team as well but that's my best guess. A lot of people assume that there is no casual MMR and/or that casual does not have skill based matchmaking, both of which are not true, it always has, the problem is that smurfing as a whole has become much more prevalent, in turn making casual more sweaty and more competitive than it used to be.
Me and my friends tried to go all shield ops we could while in a match a few weeks ago (this was a losing match and the enemies only needed 1 more win) we somehow clutched with Monty knocking oryx then won the rest just playing shield ops
These type of videos are what I love i feel like I am going to stop watching just cause I know I can’t play r6 at the time but the video just makes me want to
