Yep…Betrayal and suffering a lot of the time act as a sling shot for the spiritually evolved to discover and create more evolution in thyself. We pick our suffering. Those who have really suffered are usually more open. Especially childhood suffering, it can and usually is, a catalyst for empathic abilities which leads to higher emotional intelligence and a stronger sense of the divine. And it’s this concept that has really really allowed me to forgive, release and heal my self worth. All this just for me? I had a weird experience where I went to bed early heard a loud bang in my kitchen that woke me up and scared me it was like a loud pop echoing and the time was 1111 it was so interesting my dreams have been so much clearer ever since I became clear on who I am as a person I feel like my energy has some strong force trying to tell/show me something

Thank you for yet another great video! Interesting that you mentioned things coming up so we can release it like a virus. This exact thing I thought yesterday when I again had a lot of past things popping up and it was frustrating but then I thought: Ok, this needs to be released, this is me simply cleansing so I don't stay stuck here forever. Truth to be told I am not really moving for a very long time but maybe I simply decided to create more obstacles so the reward can truly be appreciated.

Love that word transmute and 'challenges are master classes', when this happens to me I ask myself what exactly is causing this and why and I just STEP OUT, but I never phathomed that this could be holding on stuff as well. There is a malevolent spiritual adversary that would love for us as humans to believe that we are responsible for the negative thoughts and feelings and just over all terrible things happen. You light up something. I feel depressed by a knee inflammation since 1 month, I don’t know when it will heal BUT I also wanted to lose weight and come back to the gym. Thanks to this, I now have 2 kinesitherapy sessions per week and I eat better…. I feel that if I didn’t had that I would never find the courage and motivation to do that

I release the old patten in me that created this experience. I was brought up with my parents putting curses on me they family. Now parents died but my sisters and brother are at it. I'm not at this. But they put things on me. I want choose perfect health and all good happen for me and others and be in highest time line.

Before you decide to delete this, read it completely. The person that you've learned all of this from mostly thinks that they are a guru, but they are not. They don't know what we are here to do on this planet. We are not here to play or have fun. Everyone is here to learn lessons. This planet is a place of dually a ying-yang planet. Everyone is here to learn balance. First, everybody needs to learn to get rid of labels. Then, you need to learn to balance the left and the right side of the brain. The left side is the ego, and the right side is to connect with the higher realms. When they are in balance, then you open the real mind, which is the heart mind. Then your body is in total balance. Then, you need to purge all negativity in your system. You need to think what negativity comes into your mind and what you learned from it. Then, release it to the universe, and then it will be removed from your karmic wheel. This is the purge that everyone needs to do in order to ascend. Anyone who doesn't purge will not ascend. Right now there is a worldwide purge that has started in order for everyone to release all negative karma from all lifetimes on this planet. This is a place where we have positive and negative energies, and everyone has both. Everyone needs to learn how to balance both within each one of us.the key to this planet is Balance!,!!
