awesome haul aDrive A couple saturdays ago, i netted 6 shinies in 1 massive mass outbreak trip to the Fieldlands. but nothing the rest of the day, i don't think. only a Wurmple in that said outbreak, but found Chimchar, Luxio, Bidoof, Drifloon & magikarp all out randomly in the wild. chimchar i spotted first on the island heading to one horde there. jumped to the wurmple horde near the grandtree arena as the storm was nearing its end and caught a couple before it spawned. the rest were after the storm ended.

My first ever shiny was a Magikarp in Moon, But I didn’t know it was a shiny because I didn’t know what they were, The only reason I caught it was because little 3rd grade me thought of the one episode in the original Pokémon Series, where there was a golden Magikarp-

My personal best is 12 shinies in one day. I’ve caught maybe 7 total shinies between all Pokémon games before legends arceus came out, but in pla I have over 50 shinies now. I absolutely love massive mass outbreak shiny hunting, it’s my favorite thing they have ever done in Pokémon games.

Dear aDrive, I've a bit of a tragic story that involves shinyhunting, some luck/unluck, and tragedy. Here goes: I've been playing Pokemon Shield since 10 pm last night, it is 8:05 am this morning and that entire time was grinding for a shiny Impidimp. The thing is there is no easy way to encounter it, the best place is the Glimwood Tangle but its so slow, and the next best thing is 30% random encounters in the desert in the wild area right? Here I am grinding for that one I want so bad, with potential for shiny Toxels Yampers Dewpiders Applins Goletts Bronzors and Boldores, and I find a Pokemon that I hated in the past only for me to hate it again: a shiny Boldore at level 60. I'm not able to trade to evolve it into Gigalith since I only have one switch and one SwSh game, online play is in a paywall, then the risk of the trading partner stealing it wasn't worth it. I try to weaken it with my Excadrill's Rapidspin because it wont catch immediately in quickballs or repeatballs, then I remember something that sent shivers up my spine: these things can explode at this level. And as if ON CUE this shiny Boldore, which I never even wanted to encounter and was basically forced on me due to random chance, uses explosion and now I'm distraught. I would have had 2 shiny Boldores in Shield that I couldn't evolve. Now I'm stuck with one that I caught a week ago. Shiny Boldore is a special form of demon, mocking me because I can't evolve it. Shiny Gigalith on the contrary in that pale purple and eye candy pure cyan color is beautiful, but seemingly out of reach.

Question: In a massive mass outbreak, if you fail a shiny, and the last save point was at Jubilife, can you reset and still get that shiny to spawn again?

if the pokeball does one hop animation it is a 100% catch rate, if it is two hop it is the catch rate of that pokemon

My record for shinies in one day was yesterday, I got 6 shinies within a play time of I think 5 hrs ish but within 24hrs since for like 3 hrs I was bowling, yada yada.

My shiny record is 5 and most of them was completely random I was just tryna get the shiny charm but while I was trying to get the shiny charm I got a my second shiny misdrevious then shiny syther then a luxio, after that I got the shiny charm that day and hunted for shiny Geodude found one and the most important one was a shiny alpha Sneasel which was a completely random shiny while I was shiny hunting in a massive mass outbreak in the alabaster Iceland's.

The 2 shiny Psyducks make me happy because I have a whole family of 6 shiny psyducks. My best friend was watching me play and we were talking about shiny psyduck and an outbreak started for it. She said if I found a shiny I had to name it after her. Found one so I named it after her. That same day I found another one so I named it after a nickname I have for her. 2-3 weeks later I had a family of psyducks named after nicknames for her

my record of shiny pokemon is in legends arceus it's 4 in one day i don't have the shiny charm but i have a lot of level 10 reserch (the shinies i got were:vulpix from mmo,male combee (he's cute but not very useful) combee was just random idk how it was there,turtwig from mmo and from other mmo i got datrix wich was fast because it's one of the only pokemon i have perfect reserch.
