I think we can all agree the term _epic_ is a word that could describe LOTR for itself From the home feeling of The Shire, to the Doom of Mordor Tolkien didn't just make a masterpiece, but an entire world of stories that could be told for hundred of years without getting "too old"
They definitely would've made something like this if they'd put The Scouring of the Shire into the last movie!!! Just imagine this epic version with Merry and Pippin in their beautiful armours, leading the Hobbits into battle to reclaim their home! 😍 "FOR THE SHIRE!!!"
The last time I did that, a couple of hours after I watched them sail off from The Grey Havens, I heard Ian Holm had passed away. Touching and also rather fitting.
I watched the whole middle of saga just this past week, it was my first time watching the Hobbit trilogy as the soon as the opening to unexpected journey happened, I literally shouted out f u Howard Shore. Just for the opening for the Shire on its own because I literally started to cry. I just watched the theatrical version is though, yes I do prefer (at least in terms of Lord of the rings) prefer the extended cuts because reasons.
In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort. -JRR Tolkien
Hands down, this could be used as a trailer for all the films. I imagine seeing like, a 3-5 minute video with scenes spanning across all the films, possibly from The Hobbit too, with this music over it.
Not even kidding, I was thinking literally yesterday that I would love to see your version of this. Amazing job!!! This is my favorite movie of all time. I probably like it more than Marvel.
Can't believe I haven't commented yet! This arrangement is nostalgia, a warm hug, and badassness (is that a word? 😂) all wrapped into one. Truly amazing!! 🙏
Dude, I loved this song from the movie and you made me love it even more! I didn't know that was possible. This song always makes me think of home and good meals and handkerchiefs.
It takes someone with a very special talent to create something as powerful as the scores from the Original! You have astounded me with this and gained an eager subscriber.
Lord of the Rings Reminding us all that even the littlest of folk can make a true difference. All we have to do, is look to our brothers, sisters, friends and foes; and press ever onward. Those are the journeys that stick with you, after all.
This is outstanding. I've loved the song from the soundtrack since I first watched it and you have just made its 10 times better. This makes me want to go watch the movies again. Anyone who dislikes this is part of Sauron's army.
hey maybe L'Orchestra Cinématique could make some music from one of my childhood games next, the wonder boy (original) on the sega master system, maybe the theme song or the first level or maybe even the bonus level music, or the boss music, either way, it would be nice
Every year, i watch LOTR & The hobbit as part of my holiday tradition. I will keep doing so and make it a family tradition when i have m own family one day. And this theme will be played when the marathon is about to begin. Hopefully, I'll find a wife that loves the movies same as i do. P. S. This version is so epic that it never cease to leave me in awe. Thank you for sharing this one, my good sire
Me before the video: I don't think I'm gonna be able to take this... ^_^" Me after the video: *patting down blown-back hair* ISTG IF THEY DON'T USE THIS SCORE IN A MOVIE SOMEDAY-
20 years ago, the first lotr movie came out. Time really flies by. Great job, probably one of my favorite music during the movies was the shire. Very relaxing.
