I always wanted to have a relationship like this with my Daddy and then come to find out that at 55 my Daddy isn't my Daddy. I always wished that he drank or did drugs because then I would have an excuse for the beatings and the physical and mental and verbal abuse!! Now I know why he hates me so and showed me it!! I've always been introduced to people as "The other daughter" and now I know why. He told me 2 years ago that my family is from Kentucky. I probably won't ever be able to do an ancestry DNA test because I'm terminally ill and barely make enough to pay my bills I most months go without food for one week a month but I'm ok to die now knowing this!! I just wish I would have known this before my Momma died so I could have asked her questions!!

I know as a teenager we tend to lash out at parents. But as they age, they won't feel like that anymore. When I turned about 17-18 I hit this maturatity level that I can't explain, I valued, and looked at my parents in a whole new, and different way. A good way. I realized that life is wayy too short to treat your parents like dirt, because one day you guys won't be here to guide us, teach us, catch us when we fall ect. And they'll wish like hell they did. Give it time :) once a daddys little girl, ALWAYS A DADDY'S LITTLE GIRL♡♡ AND this is coming from a 22 year old WOMEN. We will ALWAYS need our parents in some sort of way. ♡

My dad was gone after a nasty divorce. He remarried.. Our relationship grew distant while he was with her. Yet, the last 2 years of his life after her death I ended up feeling like Daddy's little girl. I am for ever grateful he game back.
