Please study other countries, other cultures who practice fasting 3 months per year and Monday and Thursday every week . Please don’t mention the negatives of Western countries and forget them as reference in health. They just lost it and policy makers don’t do anything about it. Podcasts don’t change anything. The autism epidemic is progressing despite denial of it's existence and a refusal to diagnose. My daughter has been to three schools and I know teachers personally and all are in denial. Autism is purposely being under-diagnosed in the hope that it will simply become the new normal.
California schools have so many Chinese American kids with severe allergies.My friend 's grandkids are being kept busy with sports after school, great for the kids but the parents are continually on the go, ie nonstop.But parents with jobs then kids sports a day schedule allow the kids to eat junk snacks.
