The Shocking Truth About Your Desire (Neville Goddard) 

If I may expand on “why we already have what we desire” because it will bring more people to this understanding which I have found works well; is that the reason you want anything or anyone in this world - whether that be a person or a material object and or an experience -, is because you believe you will feel better for the having of it. Meaning, that the root of all your desires are feelings, otherwise, you wouldn’t want anything if it did not make you feel better than you do now. And because all of our desires are feelings, we have it all now. Why or how is this possible? Because we are the creators of our feelings and they can never be destroyed - hence we are called creators. So when you determine what feeling is at the root of your manifestation, in other words, when you establish why you want that person, that experience, that material object; and, feel it now, either through music, books, movies and or through visualisation; you are giving yourself what you desire, now. You would have it then and there and when you feel it to the point where you are living it in real time both psychologically and physiologically; you automatically form the belief that it is done. In effect, you are tapping into the root of your desire, feeling it so strongly that you automatically form the belief that you have it now which in turn puts you into direct alignment with it meaning you have become that which you desire to have vs wanting it. As a result, you remove all waiting wanting and looking for the 3D to change and by the laws of the universe, through ‘like attracts like’ God/The Universe brings it forth onto the 3D reality, our Kingdom on Earth. So practice the feeling and revelling in the satisfaction of giving yourself what you desire, now. From there, God will either inspire you to take action which is alignment with that desired end or it will be brought forth into the 3D without you leaving the house. trying to get rid of desire, by instead of chosing to fulfill it by accepting it, is self denial, thus self rejection, or lack of self acceptance, that's why the feeling of incomplete, or disatisfied.

By acknowledging desire means having. Thats literally the key to all of this.

This perspective requires a lot of ownership over your own thoughts: "All day long man is thinking...he's carrying on inner conversations with himself." I've come to see many of my inner conversations during meditation, most of which I didn't wanna go there because they were just too dark. But I think I started off at a really low vibrational state so altho my improvement was drastic, I'm still learning basic human things that most people can do already, especially emotionally 😅
