i suggest 2 UI changes: 1- for choosing loadouts, it would be better to have "slots" where we can put the desired payload instead of various variations of the payload options 2- it would be easier to set up controls by having for example: a clip showing a plane pitching up and asking for the corresponding button, and so on for every command

Gaijin, are there any plans to introduce battles with all kinds of veicles? I think it would be a good idea to have some maps where you can play as a tank, a plane, or a boat or battleship, having place in some maps like Normandy for example. Also, what about infantry?Like having it as a special ability to some veicles and all, or sa additional support, or even a distraction. I personnaly think these would improve the game quite a lot, but no pressure. Keep up the good work, War thunder is my favorite game!

Hey Gajin. Please. For me, this video leaves the impression that USSR in the 40s and 50s was at least at the same technological level, as the USA. But it wasn't. Sooo..About the Tu-4: Due to naviagtion error, in 1944, 3 B-29s landed in the Soviet Union, instead of Alaska. Pilots were returned after a few years (but after a very "intensive" interrigations they were in a quite bad shape). BUT... at the time USSR didnt have any competeable bomber of intercontinental class. Russian authorities saw, how American heavy B-29s, were eable to easily bomb very distant targets in Japan. The only strategic bomber they had at the time, Pe-8 was quite outdated and russians didn't have any succesor in production, or even design. So the logical move (in russian logic of coures) was to steal one. And, If Youre stealing, steal the best, so they decided to copy B-29 (they repeatedly asked USA, If they could get Superfortesses as a part of Lend-Lease, but They never suceeded). Shortly after the war USSR was left with very outdated equipment, (the skies over Moscow were defended by the Fw-190s, becouse any russian fighter was able to climb to the american bomber's altitiudes) so production of a Tu-4 wasnt so irrational move. Russians at the time didnt have any strategic bomber, able to reach USA. Theyre first jet bomber project designing BEGAN in 1947! After all, Tu-4s didnt serve long and was only a link, between russian wwii planes, and the cold war ones. BUT please, dont say that the USSR/CCCP/ZSRR was at the same technological level as the USA. Of course, there were moments in history, in wich USSR was further than USA, but it defienietly wasnt one of those (and they were usually quite short). Regards from Poland

The M.B.157's biggest downfall is that it has next to no ammo, making it a useless machine for your team in air RB, and the 202 with the ×2 20mm's have a lower climb rate than that of the one which came before it. I would advise that you guys move up the first naval dive bomber in the French tree to the top and the fighter above it under the reserve planes on the far left side of the tree, so that they can get a CAS support aircraft much sooner like the other nations. I hope to hear your thoughts on my suggestion. Keep up the entertaining work

The problem with that plane trathlon was that some of the planes were made for dogfight, others for ground attack, some for high altitude interceptions, and some others for boom'n zooming. It's the same as making a triathlon between a M10 GMC and a R3 T20. It doesn't really make sense. I think it would be better if you compare different dive-bombers, light fighters, reserve planes and such in air triathlon.

Dang, they even used the black sheep spitfire of the ones in WT, and it still pulled through. Personally though, I’d rather either go down 0.3 BR to the Spitfire IIb (slower and takes a bit longer to get to altitude, but much lighter and a less draggy intake), or up 0.3 to the standard Vb (all around upgrade in performance: slightly more speed, better climb, and engine tends to breath a bit better without the dust filter) Granted, Hispanos are less reliable against planes than the results here, due to SAPI being incorrectly modeled, but the AP rounds are definitely quite good for being solid shot

Proper exhaust for jets. Increase Shot Khal Dalet BR to 8.7 and STB-1 to 8.0 and lower the Chieftain Mk 3/5 both to 8.0, the AMX 30 B2 to 8.0 and B2 BRENUS to 8.0 too and lower IS-7 back to 8.0 it was fine. Do the following; MD 450B Ouragan folded with Barougan, lower BR of MD 452-2A and MD 452-2C to 8.3 and 8.7 respectively and fold them together and put them in line on the Super Mystere line. Move T55 after T54 and move/fold the T62 with T62M1 Different weapon tabs, bombs, rocket, missiles, combinations.

Will you add "peaceful" events ? Like rescuing people from a sinking civilian ship, delivering supplies... Many vehicles in game are in civilian use too (Catalina, some helicopters). It could be interesting. Arma 3 received a lot of support when it released Laws of war DLC, in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Dear Gaijin, I love your game and all but... a sonic boom effect to the super sonic jets would make the game 10 times better for air RB and cas players in ground RB.

Well it would probably be difficult to fit one of the early A-Bombs in one of the smaller jet bombers the Soviets were making especially the Fat Man type bombs.

Can we get fully detailed cockpits for bombers please? Also I was thinking that maybe for next April fools event you could give us airliners and/or troop transport air craft. Or maybe in world war mode there could be missions where you use troop transport aircraft or reconnaissanc aircraft. Also I would like to see some off line options for ground vehicles.

The american p-39 has a 37 mil cannon with about 40mm of pen, shouldnt destroy the ground targets faster than the spitfire?
