Two questions: 1. Can you update the uniforms on vehicle crew members depending on era? For example, the type 93 crew members are wearing WW2 era Japanese uniforms rather than the JGSDF uniforms of the period which look just a little out of place. 2. Is there a mission editor available where we can create scenarios to help train squad members in aspects of gameplay or to help with fighting certain vehicles?

Yes, that is right. Most well beloved vehicles are all accessible simply by researching them. But progressing is extremly slow, and unsure, you're not guaranteed to get money by playing the game, moreover, you can just lose money by winning games, especially if you play Bombers. I wouldn't say, that incrasing the rewards is the solution to this, or would help in any means, most players don't consider buying premium account or vehicles, (or GE) just to get more rewards, most players buy it, to make up for the repair costs. Repair costs are what ruins War Thunder in the grand scheme.
I don't know why people don't do this, since it's about the only way to not get up tiered. So warthunder has lower br brackets that in my experience look something like this: 1.0-1.0 1.0-1.7 1.7-2.7 2.7-3.7, although 2.7 can sometimes play up to 3.3 and 3.3 can sometimes play against 4.3, do not play 4.3 without a decent lineup in your crew slots you will get ctrl alt deleted by a kv2 at least once and if you don't have a decent tank to replace the role your now dead one was in you won't be able to do much. What I have found is that instead of being up tiered until you reasearch more vehicles of that br just research all the vehicles you want then order them all at once, that way you have lots of SL from being on the up tier in your br bracket and then you're ready to go to the next bracket.
Repair costs aren’t really a problem if you increase rewards but, I would like to have the same repair across the board. It feels unfair to me that I have to pay a 14k repair for my spitfire mk Vc when the German player only has to pay 5k for their bf109g2. Also the rewards are currently broken I got only like 3k rp for a 4 kill game in my Typhoon. Most of the time SL rewards aren’t even enough to pay for the modification purchases.

Q. Can you make German jets and b29 have a less br? A p51 or k4 can perfectly take down a me 262 or b29. But they can't stand against any jets with missiles It always feels like a lost battle same with the ho 229
Fix your economy. I came back after a two-ish year hiatus, only to uninstall within a week because of those repair costs. Would have even bought premium had it not felt like a waste of money!
On hotter maps likr Malta expect engines to run hot all the time and this has a big detrimental effect on certain engines . I.E Merlins , others such as the Russian radials don't give a damm about map temps anyway

The Stat-card says that the closest ground vehicle the Po-2's top speed of 83mph would be the Type 93 SAM carrier, at 77mph. The Rooicats can hit 75mph too... so... maybe if you push one off a cliff?
To be honest, Ground Battles do not feel like it should be when planes are continuously being spammed during Arcade to the point where it should just be renamed to Air + Ground Battles. If anything, planes in Ground Battles have no spawn limit except for a time limit which is not long but short enough for players to spam them in to have consistent air support which defeats the purpose for what Ground Battles should be, which should focus on primary ground vehicle use and not planes. Despite adding SPAA to each nation, the accuracy for them is not great and the rate at which planes are being spawned in are too great that one team can overwhelm the other by just planes alone which throws out the balance that it was supposed to create but instead further causes unbalance and it just does not feel like its Ground Battles and more like Air Battles with Tanks.
....well doing all by yourself and become a Leader may help...but about the team sitting in the spawn, are the enemies too close or with sniper precision? Because usually that make my teammates go and stay in the spawn

First person is activated by the V key by default, I believe, and I would recommend looking at guides for British air vehicles on RU-vid, and seeing their playstyle.

I'd recheck your info regarding the T-90s Shtora system. It's designed to counter =laser and infra-red= guided systems, not wire-guided systems (which is what the TOW is - Tube launched, Optically tracked, Wire guided). In reality, no one would be brave enough to stand there and guide a missile when the T-90 is pointing its barrel at you. So The Shtora won't stop TOWs from guiding. It might work =at night= if the launcher is using an IR sight, but the Shtora won't stop a normal day/optic or even thermal sight or the missile.

The moment you can see the Red Area on the map, you are permanently scouted for the enemy team. The red area used to kill you if you stayed in there for to long, but that feature was removed for some reason.
For APHE, it does not work like that In order to make the shell exploded, it need to penetrate certain armor thickness For HE, it depent on how big the caliber is. Huge caliber can torn apart tanks, like the ML-20S manage to destroyed both Tigers and Panthers by torn the turret apart
Why is there there always Lavochkin fighters instead of Yak-3? Yak has better armament, maneuverability and speed. And if you are using heavy fighters there should be P-47
