The Report in the news mentioned that the mall is ready by December 2022 but looking AT the progress of work I can see it will only be completed and ready by July 2023
Exactly. Many people were saying end of December 2022 but it’s highly unlikely. My realtor agent friend said its most likely around Q3/Q4 of 2023, along with the completion of Core Residence @ TRX

Too expensive. Even Bandar Malaysia would most likely be cancelled out even if BN wins GE15. Rather improve public transportation in Klang Valley and other parts of Malaysia too like Penang and Johor and yea that includes KTMs for inter-city. Refurbish it
Actually, I am really worry and suspect how can affordable and feasible with such lagged situation of public transportation system and poor walking facilities of this city in Malaysia, more than 200 thousands new residents bring their 30000 cars suddenly crowd into the city and how terrible for the traffic and parking . Building two highest skyscrapers in the same city without sideway on the street and the government even don’t care about this , Could you imagine that ?
It just to many area still underconstruction atm in KL.. You can see as far as you can crane all over.. I wait a while for the completion and go there visit again.

Mall2 yang baru akan ganti Mall2 yang lama macam mall time square tu dah agak ketinggalan mungkin 5 tahun akan datang jadi macam mall bukit bintang dah lesu jadi Mall2 yg baru akan menjadikan KL segar semula
