That thing Angelina does, that note or series of notes she hits I call the "emotion resonance". It varies a little differently in different listeners but when she hits it, like that tool the physician whaps your knee with, your heart and sometimes your leaky eyeballs automatically respond. It is just how she rolls. Can be in any performance at any time. As here, AJ don't play!
There is nothing to hate here. Angelina can sit on a couch and sing against a backing track, and make you feel a song deep inside. You get chills or you cry or many other feelings that this beautiful girl stirs up inside you. That's what makes her different. Most singers sing a song, and either you like it, or you don't. When Angelina sings a song, it's like she surgically implants it into your emotions. She does every time.
past few years i write in my comments that Angelina is a soul healer,,,,,it sounded nice and cool and many agree ,,,,,,,,but now i realize she really heals ,,,,,,i just stopped listening to a singer and started listen just to her voice and let the energy do the magic,,,,,,,it works
She was limited to how much she could change this, singing to the original backing track. But man, what she did with this while "sitting" in her living room is mind blowing. According to voice coaches, you loose about 30% of your belting power while sitting. That final belting note is 10 sec long. If she ever did this song as a guest vocalist at a Queen concert, she would probably be standing, so the band could be packing up to go home while she's still holding the last note.

Angelina is a strong singer. She sings very clearly. She honors the lyrics and does not try to bury it in instrumentals. Paraphrasing one of the NGT judges, Angelina is music.

How is it the chills and tears happen while listening to her? Something mysterious, but so many people report that response, it's definitely a thing. Another great reaction to another great AJ song. This is one of my favorites because she can show her belting power and her softness in the same piece. And that last note!!
Funny thing: haven't heard about Toni Braxton for years and years, but earlier today, as I was driving home from the supermarket, one of her songs came on the radio, and here you are mentioning her. Is this an omen? Will Angelina's next cover be "Unbreak My Heart"? Probably not, but I suppose she could pull it off without hesitation.
One of the best covers ever of this Iconic Queen song HxC. Don't believe you need to worry about the sound quality when Angelina is using that superior microphone....as good as it gets without any of the studio editing or effects...just her pure astounding extraordinary vocal instrument. Amazing reaction to an amazing performance! As I posted on her site, Dr. May would be proud of this cover of his composition. We already know that he and Queen loved what she did with Bohemian. She has such incredible diversity and chooses well the songs she covers. On stage, in a booth, in a chair at home, it always is a masterpiece. Her best chair song still, to me, is Funny Valentine. Using karaoke quality stuff did not keep her from displaying her outstanding skills.
