Adorable. He is growing into a beautiful cat. The bites are probably love bites, but it can be a concern. The socks are probably gifts. Over the decades l have had 10 cats. Most of them loved the foot odor in socks and shoes. It's lovelythat you took him in. Now you have two family members and Shachima and Rooftop have each other. I wish you many happy times together.

I loved your idea to put a hot water bottle in his bed to keep him warm! I have never seen anyone else do that.
