I went to about 11 of the different co-ordinates that can be seen in the text file, 8 were just a massive hole, 1 was a lavacast but the last 2 were still intact.

At least there will now always be a record of those places here on RU-vid, otherwise they may have been destroyed one day anyway and no one would have known about them.
@Hernando Malinche it's really just entertaining for them. i think i have done the same think once to an enemy in factions, felt bad and never did it again. when i did discover an enemy base though i just left a sign telling them to relocate. when they found mine they did the same, an alliance was formed. can't say the same for everyone though
There are no 2010 signs also this was released in 2016 the program is public and you can litearly download it as we speak. A Google search will bring this program up straight away.
I think releasing the file with the coordinates would be a terrible idea, there could be a possible massacre of many historical signs pls it's been a year shut

Not really, it was going to get destroyed eventually. Because of this video these bases and signs are now immortalized whereas if sal didn’t make this video they wouldve died alone and forgotten.

AssassinRaptors was a pretty prominent member of Facepunch. If I’m correct, he was the namesake of the various Raptor bases (Raptor I, Raptor II, etc.)

I love how this server has so much history behind it. It's amazing to see how many players have visited the same place and kept farms and communities alive. Its awesome know that some of those people were able to use that 1 farm and become absolute legends, like you .
This has got some serious energy to it. Showing all of this stuff from 2011-2014 made me feel so nostalgic, and it perfectly represents how minecraft builds have evolved over the years.
I can confirm that July 10 2011 sign as legitimate. AssassinRaptor was in on popbob's plugin and a bunch of shit throughout the years. Also, alpha slabs were actually called "wooden slab" back in the day, and still are. They'll be named "Petrified wood slab" in the future.
It's weird thinking that the people who left those signs in 2011 probably got a job, got married, have kids and is now living happily ever after. But, what also makes it depressing is that, one of those signs, could possibly be owned by a person who isn't with us anymore.

It gives me a feeling of nostalgia thinking that these people put down a sign years ago, a memory engraved into history. The fact that these people played years ago and left the signs as a memory gives a me a good feeling
5:17 legit made me gasp. The first time I went on 2b2t, I found a little base like that. I was able to get enough food for a journey that got me where I still am today
Seeing ruins of old bases from the early time of this server feels like watching archaeologists uncovering an ancient tomb or something. If I ever had a chance to explore here It would be interesting
What I like about the signs of 2b2t is that they are essentially artifacts from everyday people. It's like wall scrawlings in Pompeii about how great someone's bread is or that they got good services from a certain place. It's a rich history of normal, everyday players.

Imagine being on a journey to destroy as many signs as you can that are marked from like 4 years ago and are history. He also exposed the cords so people are probably going to try and break them all.
