it’s so disappointing to hear some fans say they would be upset if they pulled something like this at a show they went to… have we forgotten what makes their w band special in the first place? let them explore and join the ride
I'd kill to see them play some of this live, they did a small snippet of extinction when I saw them the other night. Also would love to see them play something from Butterfly 3000, these guys are legends
While this was epic, I can only imagine what the boys will be cooking in a couple of years when they get even more used to jamming with the synths. It almost feels like watching the 12bb era in a sense. I'm glad I saw this historical moment and got properly drenched. Also it was a nice rest to vibe before the destruction that was the muddy moshpit by the end
Thank you! Wow! History in the making… (I borrowed the comment from another commenter). But I agree! Didn’t vibe w the song at first… but it’s growing on me! Fantastic lyrics.
I’d bet money there will be some silver cord stuff sprinkled into the acoustic shows. Likely not full songs but heavy themes / teases for sure. Been listening back to the album a bunch recently and some of the songs would be great in that format imo - hearing the Chang’e teases from last week definitely opened my mind to the possibilities.
@@pizzarellayt no that's not me lol. It's clearly music. It's just not my taste and I have loved absolutely everything they've put out otherwise. Different strokes for different folks.
Joey Walker everybody… Joey Walker Everybody! I love how the band explores every members’ passions and strong suits. Someone called this band “Lightning in a Bottle”. Agreed… tremendous creativity… It’s Art! “Let it flow”
I’ll be at Red Rocks w 2 friends. This will be our first time at red rocks. I’m also going to see their 3 hour sets in NYC. This tour is my first tour.. I plan on retiring and following when and where I can… love these guys.. and their never ending creativity.
@@jackdonenberg9355 nice!!! i've seen gizz at RR 4 (individual) times now. you'll be absolutely mind-blown by red rocks, i live nearby and have seen so many of my favorite artists there! definitely wear earplugs, sometimes the rocks can bounce sound off a bit too intensely and the earplugs help filter it perfectly
i would've loved electric kit for the while thing, pushing the concept of the album further. however any time to see a cavs amen break is a good time to see a cavs amen break.
I know you probably don't care, but I've watched two of my closest friends really, really fuck their lives up due to ket. It changes people in ways they can't see. Watch out for it.
I love the band i have most albums and the silver chord is really brilliant .it really is like krout rock . tangerine dream etc .theyve got to be the best band since the 70s proggers.
