Not yet. We also don’t typically cover this mechanism in the sophomore curriculum. I’ll be making more carbonyls videos next semester when it’s typically covered in class.

You may wanna go back to the stereochemistry chapter and review the concepts from there before you tackle the stereochemistry of reactions. If you don’t understand what makes molecule chiral and how to determine stereochemical relationships, you won’t be able to do that for reactions either.
