Can you make like a block swapped to where the blocks are hidden when you are looking toward the bridge

So how do I make a top lever to activate it? I’m very new to redstone srry

If I want this to be wider how can I make that work just extend the pistons and such on either side or would I have to link a second line of red stone

Tomco sometimes when i activate it one of the sides dont extend fully

Hey this is great, any chance it could be 3 blocks wide?

I altered this design by adding an extra piston on the opposite side of the observer to have this be 3 wide. I set the redstone, repeater, and obsidian the same as the one next to it (not the one directly in line with the torch trail). I then added slime 2 more slime blocks and it works. I then added stone bricks in front of the slime blocks to connect the drawbridge and it worked. However, once I added anything else on top of the slime blocks to make the slope the pistons would not activate. Any ideas why this could be? I’m on bedrock 1.21. Thanks.
