Why is everybody to be so mean with Homer? I mean, don't give me wrong. Everyone is making him do this, like ridiculed and angry, but I don't want this because I hate it. but now I feel bad for Homer Simpson 😕 I love him so much more than he does.😢😢😢😢😢 I love Homer simpson so much ❤️ my favorite character this whole time. 💖
You don't "love" Homer Simpson for abusing his son over little things, unless you are a sadist who wants Bart to be abused and miserable no matter what and thinks Bart deserves all the cruelty he gets. I used to think that, but I realized that hating everyone is no way to live and child abuse is not funny when it happens to someone you hate, if they are someone who still does not truly deserve it all the time. That is why Bart did not deserve what he got in The Boys Of Bummer. October 1, 2024, 9:43am
This episode was SO GOOD, especially the ending. The fact that Bart realizes everyone is changing scares him. But then once he doesn't want to blow out the candles he states that out of everyone in Springfield, Homer is the only one incapable of change. This quickly being followed by the classic "WHY YOU LITTLE" as this was the one thing that causes Homer to finally snap.
Well at least the Simpsons didn't ending up the same fate like "Friends" not just yet and I can understand why the Simpsons Characters will never changes their ages like Bart as the longest running shows still continued for many years to come until the voice actors are ready to retire forever.
this wasn't the series finale lmao. but of course the audience is dumb enough to be tricked into thinking it is. like they'd renew an entire season for one episode. ffs.
1:14 Nancy Cartwright’s acting there was spot on! Almost feels so tense seeing her character Bart show that much anger, let alone to his own father. What an incredible voice actress she is! :)
@1:20 Hormer`s Face Their... It`s So Unsettleing... Almost Like He`s Ligmently Asking The Camra.... "What Do I Do?" Or... "How Do I Restrant Mai-Self From Killing The Boy?"
The way this scene is done is so great, this is one of the greatest simpsons episodes in a long time. The animation and voice acting is so great and entertaining
Bart Simpson was always regularly the main protagonist of The Simpsons franchise. And finally the Finale of the Simpsons, Farewell, The Simpsons, and thank you very much, Bart Simpson, you was always the best.
It's not ending. It's a joke ending to pull in views. They've already mentioned in articles that they're doing a full season, Conan literally says "Well, not a season finale...more like, a season premiere." Plus there was an article mentioning the Simpsons team getting the Robot Chicken animators to make a Treehouse of Horror segment with them.
Gotta love how his reality forced Bart to get all mature in that moment and not hold back, especially on Homer. Just remember, Rick and Morty, American Dad, and Futurama all advance in their plot of stories eventually too, not just getting beaten up like a dead horse and not progressing one bit. Now, let’s see if The Orville can get granted a 4th season. If it doesn’t, that’s fine, at least that show would’ve ended on a good note compared to other stuff.
1:23 No, that's what the character is NOW. Bart talks about the show not changing at all, but in reality, but in reality it's been quietly revised to fit with the changing social attitudes from the beginning. The final irony is that the Perfectly Happy, Perfectly Nice, Perfectly Harmonious sitcom families they were intentionally mocking never existed. Full House just didn't have you wonder how the parents haven't been arrested and the kids taken in by protective services yet.
I feel it won't end as the game is also ending... So... It would mean they are talking about what aging is like at the end... And why it shouldn't idk :0
i kinda like the meta/experimental direction the show is taking, but *man* it lowkey hurts listening some of the voice actors having to strain to still do their characters’ voices
I loved Simpsons as a kid and watched all the “golden age” episodes multiple times and loved “Bart Simpsons’ Guide to Life”. But I haven’t seen a new episode in over a decade and hearing Bart say “dumbass” genuinely shocked me.
1:24 Watching this again scares me because I don't know if the show is giving it all away before it ends or if they are going back to old habits to attract an audience.
"A. I rips out all the depth of a series characters and only one character notices" sounds like the plot to a great "analog" horror series but set in modern day
I don't normally think modern Simpsons is any good, but this really does look like a good episode! Took their time making the show good again, only took 25 years!
Kind of how Logan is the anchor to the Marvel Fox-Verse, Bart is the anchor to the Simpson-Verse.🤯 Surprised, they didn’t think about putting Wade(Deadpool), Rick, and Bill in there.
Yeah, but they've done this with a lot of episodes where they have celebrities on either as themselves or playing a one time character. I guess they felt John Cena would fit for a sappy joke ending reflecting other sappy show finales of the past.
Will Season 36 be the last season of the simpsons? Note: October is the month where Bart's Birthday comes out, and Nickelodeon's 90s Kids channel on Pluto TV is about to change the schedule. List of Nickelodeon's 90s Kids channel on Pluto TV shows (October 2024-NOW): 1. Rugrats (1991) 2. Doug 3. Rocko's Modern Life 4. Aaahh!!! Real Monsters 5. Hey Arnold! 6. The Angry Beavers 7. Catdog 8. The Wild Thornberrys 9. Rocket Power 10. Double Dare (1986) 11. GUTS 12. Legends Of The Hidden Temple 13. Kenan And Kel 14. All That 15. Clarissa Explains It All
It's a joke ending. They did it to bring it views. Simpsons isn't going anywhere as long as that 2084 contract is in effect since the 90's. Mentioned on one of the DVD commentaries. Can't remember which episode or season. Plus, according to some article they're supposedly going to work with the Robot Chicken animators like in the past to make a treehouse of horror segment of Homer having Venom called Denim (like denim jeans), since the skin of Venom would appear like Denim shorts with the metal zipper for teeth. If what that article says is true. We'll find out when clips show up.
It's a joke on final episodes. They're still making the season. It's not a season finale or series finale. It's just one big funny haha, especially if you watch the episode. They made funny death gore scenes of Homer dying during Bart the Daredevil and where Homer was cut in half by a tree as Flanders skis by saying "Nothing at all!"
This episode was a "let's try to end it" "Dude... it's the SEASON PILOT! You really think people are gonna believe it's the ending episode when the season hasn't even STARTED?" "No: that's the joke" "Oh, ok then"
Guys, this isn’t gonna be the ending. They’re gonna be premiering the next treehouse of horror in November. (insert that one joke from one of the of the treehouse of horrors)
Yup. They're gonna work with the Robot Chicken animators to make a treehouse of horror segment of a Venom parody called, Denim. Where Homer is wearing alien jeans around his body with a zipper for teeth. If that article is correct.
