This makes me wish there was an open world Simpsons game where you explore the entirety of Springfield. Not just cut off into sections, but as one map. Basically a Hit & Run sequel is what I ask for.

I like how the traffic cars are *really* easy to punt around like in Road Rage. Heck, this whole mod looks amazing, I never thought you could make maps that are entirely unique to the ones in the game (sometimes old games like this have very hard-coded maps that make them hard to change).

The map in Hit and Run was more accurate I think because the Grocery Store was near the Kwik E Mart.

It depends, they put the arcade and comic shop in the waterfront district. Both games had horrible landmark placement.

They are. They’re just blocked off by hastily made barriers because apparently the PS2 can’t handle the whole map. Very strange, seeing as how in Hit & Run proper, the game loads small chunks of the map in at a time to save on system resources, something you can see if you use the extra cameras cheat and set it to Spy or Chase cam.

MediEvilFan 147 Assuming this is a genuine question, it's possible because both games (H&R ANd Road Rage) run on the same engine. It's just a case of porting one map to the other game.

***** Well, traffic routes are very easy, it's just a case or redesigning and rerouting the system. But the skybox re-jig, that's very tough, as it involves just using hex and X Y Z coordinates.

How come Evergreen Terrace has only one functional education center/school [elementary school] and not 4 or more elementary schools.. where do the middle school and high school kids/teen's attend school... in the surrounding rural and country/farmland areas !? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🙄😝
