Well, to be honest, a lot of piracy exists because companies make it difficult to purchase their games and movies. It took 3 years for Cartoon Network to allow people to purchase physical copies of Steven Universe episodes, for instance. It's been proven that the easier a product is to purchase, the less likely it is to be pirated. People would rather go to Wal-Mart and buy a movie than spend a couple of hours searching for a good-quality pirated version of the movie online. Don't even get me started on the games that companies don't even allow you to buy anymore...

It’s funny too because that episode was more pro piracy. In the end they had to do the classic “we support artists!” But overall the episode was pro piracy

In this episode, she was influenced by her Sunday school teacher, though, as children often are by authority figures. In modern Simpsons, she's just a know it all and her preaching is often political talking points.

She was a good character when she was the nerdy partner in crime with Bart. The one episode where she did the speech in Washington DC marked the decline of her character. It was so annoying how she brought up moral issues and quoted random philosophers in every single line.

Kazu Back when Homer was more angry and sounds very different with his Walter Matthau voice I’m glad Homer has changed he’s actually become more funny in today’s episodes he was too serious and emotional in the early seasons

@@mattmcmanus3693 I kinda liked the more serious Homer. The humor was realistic. Of course season 3 and 4 Homer is the best with the right mix of dumb yet genuinely good person. After that he just gets stupider each season.

Kentucky Frogman Yeah Homer was very different in seasons 1 and 2 he was far more bitter angry and depressed but so too were Mr Burns Grandpa Skinner and Krusty too and various others.As for Homer as you say in season 3 and 4 he become more funnier and less an authoritarian.His voice change though I can’t recall the episode he changed can you? And Jerkass Homer the more egotistical mean spirited Homer would you know which season or episode that began?

@@mattmcmanus3693 I can't really name a specific episode that marked the change. The first few episodes of season 3 felt like season 2 episodes. It was a gradual change as the new writers got more say in the script. As for jerk ass Homer, he became the norm some time around season 9 or 10 as the old writers left to do other stuff such as Futurama

Kentucky Frogman Yeah it probably was at the beginning of season 3 when Homers voice changed fully to his current fairy voice and yeah your right the early season 3 episodes do feel like season 2 episodes serious grounded and emotional.Many day that seasons 3-8 and even some of 9 were the shows golden era then by season 10 the wackiness and flap stick humour on the show become the norm Homer was very egotistical and silly compared to the Homer in the classic era who had a heart and loved his family it was a massive contrast
