Gabby the Mime is an NPC in the The Sims: House Party. Whenever a Sim throws a bad party, the mime will come and, like the Tragic Clown, try to make the guests happier, but will end up making things worse instead. He will always refuse when asked to leave. The only way to get rid of him is to make everyone happier, end the party, or delete him using the "move_objects on" cheat. He uses words like "zem" and "eez", and accordion music plays when he appears, implying that he is French. He has been known to steal items from the Sim's household.
