Yeah, or roll for the budget first and then decide which room its for.

I’ve seen one where the person doing it took the leftovers and added them up. After all the rooms were done, she used the remainders wherever she wanted, but she wasn’t allowed to delete anything she’d already done. I’ve also seen ones were part of the challenge was using up those crazy high budgets and ended up with a lot of violins in the hallway or knight statues in the entry which was hilarious.

i thought abt that too (using remaining money for next room) but that would pretty much defeat the purpose of the challenge of setting a budget. like if someone got 10k for a small bathroom, they can just use 5k and add the 5k to the bedroom for example. Then there’s no point in setting the budget. But the idea of adding everything up and brushing up the house overall but can’t delete anything sounds cool
