Take your Sims to festivals throughout the city where they can watch street performers, enter competitions, and meet different walks of life. Learn more about this Expansion Pack: x.ea.com/16994
They were trying to put in a band system kinda like clubs with get together but they couldn't get it to work. I guess if they got a band trait then they would of added a musical festival. I think they are going to turn it into a game pack.
Preordered this pack, own all the EP/GP plus the SPs. I even bought Patio Stuff even though it was such a disappointment, but I am such a Sims collector that 1. I needed hot tubs for obvious reasons. 2. It would bother my OCD if there were packs that I didn't own. I need to get a loan out of Maxis already.
i played the sim 12 years of my life and i had never been so meh about the expansion pack so i will probably buy it later on sale for 50 percent off on origin right now i really don't care
I partly agree it brought so many more life like aspects to the sims 4 yes it may have been a little poorly thought out but it brought several new things to life in the sims I think that it was pretty good
Sims 4 is meh watch lgr video meh it hasn't been that good and all the popular simmers cough cough urban sims just say how amazing It is because they are getting paid by ea.
Oscar Macmillan They said there is a bubble station at the Spice Festival where your sims can "chill out and relax", and it looks like they're smoking weed. At first I was like "What?!"
Seasons and pets are always among the sixth and the seventh expansion packs. We are just at the second year, third expansion pack of the game.. And the producers already said they want the sims 4 to last longer than any other generation. So chill out guys... Just chill, and stop complaining! Things are gonna be released with time. And about City Living, this ep is gonna be better than any other Apartments/big cities related pack and I JUST CANT WAIT to put my hands on it
Eep, snow globes!! unflirty trait, new recipes, FLEA MARKET, I cannot wait for the Social Media and Food Critic careers. ♥ Soo excited. I may not be able to get it on release, or even for my birthday in two days... no source of income right now.. personal stuff :( BUT I am still so excited and excited for all the Simmers when they're able to get this little gem and play. :D Can't wait for all the let's Plays. I'll just be sitting over here, wiping my drool, lol. D: *flops over*.
So basically Its late night with the festival gimmick from Seasons(though expanded upon substantially) Game still doesn't live up to the charm the first 2 games had. Figures that they have to have a romance(sex) festival
Hank Hill Yes except it's on The Sims 4. I'd say it's good that they're adding an upgraded version of things in the past since I really like the concept of ts4 but I also liked quite a bit of the past content. (Not to mention if they don't add things that were from the past games, everyone gets salty so???)
I still am not sold on the Sims 4 and in fact still hate it a lot but I will agree that this is probably the most impressive ep shown so far and kind of a breath of fresh air considering the absurd number of useless stuff packs they were pushing out
Get To Work was pretty good. Get Together was ok (at release), and now this looks awesome! EA might have not of listened to us but they did not totally disappoint.
I disagree only because with Get To Work there was only 3 jobs and I got bored after a while. With Get Together I loved the music, the skills, clubs. The DJ skill I had lots of fun with. Sims music is so catchy!
SimIt Up Lol we are like complete opposites. See I liked Get To Work because of all the items and skills. True there was only 3 jobs and it would have been better off with more but I liked owing a business which is a lot of the reason I liked it better. And I didn't like Get Together really because it was not very game changing. Sure the clubs were ok at the beginning but I don't know I just feel like there was a lack of content.
I wish we got to choose more traits for our sims!!! Like, sure, we can get traits from completing aspirations but we can't have more than three chosen traits!
I'm upset...The map is too small...You can't build your own apartment building...Your sims don't have relationships with the other sims...and if they are friends they will loose their friendship if you don't play with them...We don't even have pets, seasons, toddlers and cars...We don't have an open world game...the cities look empty...Sorry EA but I'm waiting for Sims 5...This EP is ok...but you have to work a lot more for Sims 5...If you would create a game that includes all these things then I'm gonna play it for sure...but until then I'm upset because I expected more for sims 4...
The happy Romanian Every game is getting more expensive. The programs they use and such cost a lot so there's really no escape from it. (plus it's ea, so what can yah do)
My Sim is lazy, geek and cheerful. Yet he can't get with another Sim whose traits are Snob, Family oriented and Music Lover. It disturbs me, it's like every romantic interaction I have with the latter, fail. Except every first time I talk to her to start a conversation. Idk, seems like my sim can't flirt well. Any tips?
I really hope they're as bustling and active as they appear. Nothing would be more disappointing than to put a venue like this into the current game's AI.
In the Sims 3, with Island Paradise, they uploaded a patch to make more sims spawn at public lots when you were there, so I imagine it'll be the same with City Life.
