TheRedBird23 I mean, I could, but I don’t necessarily want to see it redone for play purposes. He said in the video something about wanting more terrain tools or build tools in general & it’d be interesting to see what he could do with this house with the new things available.
By the looks of it, I think he has all available game content. Since he probably would like to have as many items possible without using mods, seeing how he builds so many lots.
1. When you realized that some people can turn The Sims into a dream house simulator. 2. When you realized how horrible the house you build in The Sims.
Sorry I just have to point this out. This is not a 4x6 because it's on a diagonal. Since this is on the hypotenuse of grid square each wall piece is actually √2 of a grid square, so this is really a 4√2 by 6√2 build, meaning this is approximately a 5.66 by 8.49 square build. It doesn't really matter but I thought I'd be an ass and point it out :3 Also knowing how stupid I am this math is wrong.
sims needs a lake tool for swimming as a replacement to swimming pools with clear water option and murky option and fishing signs that you can put down as a update to base game so you do not have to buy it like if you agree
Old spice body spray idk if this a new feature but if you go to debug with the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat, you can find a fishing sign to place down. It will also be fully functional. Just in case you didn’t already know!
*planning to make a water village *planning to make more houses around the lake *planning to make the lake back into a pool *planning to make the hunger games *planning to make 8 hot-headed sims *planning to make violent actions autonomous for the sims *planning to make lunch*
DeeGeeG a friend of mine used to live in a shipping container. It was a student studio rented out by a student housing corporation. Had running water and electricity. It was bigger (16 m2) than most student housing around here, and cheaper. I live in the Netherlands
9:09 i swear im straight but wow when his voice did that. That's a drug. I had to listen to it over again a few times because i really couldnt get enough
Love the houseboat, James, it really is more that. You went to a lot of work and outdid yourself on the landscaping. It does give the effect of a lake in the boonies. And the color palette--whoa--you're getting brave and it looks awesome! I'm vibin' on the combo of the subtle green and the sunny yellow. There are Alp-like mountains in the backdrop of Windenburg. I'm the type who takes the Sims to Granite Falls and the countryside of Windenburg just to let the AI run while I chill, lol. I'd quite recommend it.
Only problem with that would be the magical staircase. You ever notice how when they are upstairs there is only one staircase going down. But it comes down into both the kitchen AND the living room?

JAMES!!! CAN YOU BUILD A MOUNTAIN & BUILD A HOUSE ON TOP OF IT??? WITH POOLS??? PLEASE JAMES PLEASEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
+The Sim Supply try more of a rocky cliff! Do the thing you did with the watch tower but with no stairs. And then cover up every floor expect the top one with giant rocks. Then try to make a stair way that can reach up there that the rocks won't be in the way of. The pool part... I m not sure about that tho
I am glad to see you're using some color in your black and white color scheme. I still enjoy seeing your experimental builds and the things that push your design skills.
I really wish the sims would listen to your feedback!!! this game could be so much better if they just added some simple functions. would be awesome to see terrain editing again, shoot even the first sims had ponds! i dont even care about being able to custom color things, even having like two separate color combinations would be so much more helpful to the game. ive grown up playing the sims and i really miss these things
Blu Rain It actually looks pretty realistic judging by the fact he made the lot look as if it were a boreal forest. The water is very acidic in these forests, therefore there isn't many micro organisms therefore the water is often crystal clear
Woah lakes have fountains now? Where's this magical lake at? :P Haha awesome house build though James, I've always loved the tiny house stuff I always found it really interesting. You should try like a 4x4 or 4x5 but make it two stories, and suitable for two sims! Just an idea
Sucks because in sims 3 you could swim in fountains like it seems like sims 4 is just improvement of graphics and animations but just took out everything
LittleLee I really don't think it's worth it to take all the fun away just for better graphics and performance quality. Surely the developers would be able to come up with a better solution than that.
Artsy Cat Well that's what they did in a way because they got new stuff but didn't replace everything but also added new stuff but sims 4 has less items than sims 3 did.
17:40 imagine when you're just hanging out there and sitting at the table and then there comes a big wave from the lake and you just fall off from your chair to the lake hahaha
Its funny watching this video now because they listened to you and they made the terrain tools happen and we kinda have a Grand Canyon world with Strangeville
I was thinking about like putting this in my Sims 4 world and then I thought about having a household love there and then a Sim gets FRICKING LOST IN THE TREES AND YOU TRY TO GO TO THEM BUT ALL THOSE TREES ARE BLOCKING YOUR VIEW OF SEEING THEM SO YOU DONT KNOW WHERE THEY ARE LMAOO
Denoot You can double click on your sims icon and it the camera will focus on them. Happens to me whenever I send my sims harvesting and digging for stuff, and totally loose track of them, lmao.
James, you do such a good job with what you have- I can only imagine in later Sims versions you will have your tools, and you'll find another edge/limit or restriction... really inspiring James thanks again.
Ugh, another world would be amazing! I don't have enough room in my worlds Q___Q And I'm longing for either a alpine world, a tropical world or a downtown city one with apartments.
they will probably come sometime along the way to Sims 5 (if there is one) just like TS3 but I hate the fact that they released TS4 when the game wasn't even fully ready yet or maybe this was their plan. It could be the magic of E3 because everything gets super hyped over there and then the game is just rank when it comes out. But I do agree with you we need those asap.
Yeah this was the first video of yours I saw. It was so original I couldn't resist. You should do more of these not that your recent ones are any less fun and creative but this one is really beautiful
Do the Survival Challenge! Make few rooms (depends on how many sims you want) that are exactly the same and just let them be and see who survived without helping them
@@RaZZmaTazzzzzzzzzzZZ It is a pond tool, but I think it's a matter of putting the foundation down first then surrounding it with water. Hope that helps 😊
Jack Jellybean ik this question was meant for James but yes! They could I've heard that interior designers use games like sims to make drafts, and little blue prints to base for their real designs. If this is your talent keep practicing and go for it
Oh wow, I know it's not totally professional but the designs he does really speaks as beautiful interior and probably practised in real life. I actually really like architecture but never thought I could be creative and draw well to be one. It's encouraging to hear that from you and I will try building in sims to make as magnificent places :)
