That "flower shop" is 100% a small rabbit hole building. Probably the most you can do with it is click and buy a bouquet. As far as "describe self as", maybe it ties into sim's being able to dump you. If they're romantically turned on by specific traits, and you lie that you have that trait, then once you start dating and they realize you were lying they'll dump you, maybe? I also fear that the statement about fixing the bugs was just pre-pack damage control, and then once they get their sales from this EP they'll never speak of the bug fixing team again.
@@marleydean7811they had that in the sims 3 where you could lie and the sim you met through the dating website would be upset, but it would be too advanced for them now

I think walking holding hands should be the minimum to expect on a pack like that. I still think it should only be a game pack, and not an expansion. It doesn't seem to have enough content.
I've had a sim die from a heart attack (anger) when he caught his wife cheating and you can woohoo in closets from the get together EP... you can also serenade sims and with high school years you can have a sweetheart dance ?? What is new except some new clothes, furniture and the wonky dance
Literally what I thought - every new clip “revealing” a new feature fell flat for me cause it’s something we already have in the game. It looks like there’s maximum 2 new kiss animations - which barely even count as a feature IMO. I know console players exist but there’s already a mod for every feature in this trailer that probably does it better 🤷♀️
Tehnically, serenading is part of base game, BUT you need to have a maxed skill in either a musical instrument or something similar (not singing tho, none of that in base game). That nitpick aside, this is yet another pack I shalt sail the high seas for only to wonder if it was worth it. Sigh.
i mean, if this pack will work (lol), people who don't own 2 other packs can now have the similar interactions from both in one pack, if u know what i mean. i refuse to believe the majority of people are buying every pack as they come out, but idk

You know what, the wonky ass dance being so low quality is peak classic sims though. That’s something that will be remembered like the vibrating heart bed, the sofa make out (really just the entire make out interaction in TS2), and whatever awkwardly hilarious thing was in TS3 that escapes my mind.
Most likely. Though it might be possible that the door itself is tied to the animation. Similar to how sneak out is tied to the window that never works.
I really hope the attraction system is thought out and has negative effects for my sims. I'm so tired of everyone who is single being an eligible and excited marriage mate for my sims.
The dance animation doesn’t look natural at all you can tell already how choppy it’s going to look in the game itself. This should’ve been a game pack at least tbh kinda disappointing and not worth the price as usual
The dating app doesn’t appear to have physical preference features, but I do like how he seemed to go for the same type of woman aesthetically. Like, he was always with an older more pear shaped woman.
Thats literally what I thought from the beginning, its more like a game pack, not an expansion pack worth of content... if there wasn't a new world I'd say it seems to be on a similar level as the paranormal pack
I remember back when the shop page for horse ranch was leaked and it said that it was an EP and I thought, "no way they are going to fill an entire EP with just horses, the leak must be inaccurate" and then Horse ranch was officially announced, as an EP, and it felt like a slap to the face. They revived SP only to immediately kill GP, it's all either just kits, kits with 2-3 functional gameplay objects that they call "stuff packs", and EP
I think its more likely an unhoused sim because there’s always a bunch of those in game so instead of marking said sim “homeless” they put is as “not shared” to stick with the immersion. Either that or Gallery Sims (since they live in gallery cloud) or both

I noticed a couple of things! A sim reading a book- maybe there's a Romance skill? And then new guitars. I hope there's an option for love songs! That'd be so cute. ❤
"not shared" seems to me like the sim isn't sharing where they live on the app. i think you decide what u wanna share, let that be traits or what youre looking for etc..
Pretty cool that Don Lothario and Katrina were in the trailer, makes me wonder if they’re going to try and revive the story aspect of the Sims in some way
im actually stoked for this. build/buy looks awesome, plus the other stuff looks cool too! i hope the gameplay works, cuz the concept is neat. my sims love life needs a revamp

I think it was Get Together that came with the wardrobe objects you can woohoo in. That closet looks like a modified version of the same thing, so I’d definitely guess it’s an object. 🤷

Perhaps the "not shared" in the app means that the Sim is a "homeless" Sim (not resident in a game world). It's probably there to show which Sims have actual houses in game to visit

I believe that rabbit hole will be not only a florist to buy bouquets like he presented in the clip but also where they purchase the treat boxes. It looks like they were inspired by hot date where a big component was being able to purchase flowers & chocolates for your date
Why is it an expansion pack? It's a game pack at MOST. It doesn't add anything inherently new to the game mechanics, we already have romance and woohoo. The only new thing is the dating app. It adds one feature - like a game pack
Already pre ordered this yesterday on the PS5 now it looks like I need to age all my teens up, I can have a lot of fun with all my sims with this expansion pack. 😂 woohoo!!

As a Chilean simmer, it is very weird to me that EA chose to make a romantic world inspired in South America and not France or Spain. But I have Basemental mods installed, so that should make it more like home 😂

Its to accommodate for our Aces (have no interest in woohoo but romantically involved) and Aros(Not romantically involved but would woohoo)

You could only be romantically (serious relationship) attracted to either masculine or feminine sims, but open to whoohoo across the spectrum. Its actually pretty cool of them to realize these things can exist seperately but also kinda funny cause it’s a game so people can make all kinda weird selections just to do it. If your sim is marked as exploring they might have a bit of a preference but be flexible in that preference. Same settings exist in CAS.
(I'm sure they won't) I hope they will do a "my wedding stories" pack fix since it's kinda a similar theme. I want all the cas and build stuff, but im not paying for a broken pack.
