Yes! Similar to this video, just place a hot tub in the sunken part but make it the size of the hot tub plus room for stairs and a space where they can enter the hot tub

All you got to do is put a roof then your done it’s a house for a mermaid but make sure you put a second house next to it that’s separate for humans to visit you even if your a evil mermaid. Duun DDDUuuuNNnn DDDDDUUUUNNN!!!!!

the fish is from aquarium. you add some aquarium and add the fish in the aquarium, and then make the aquarium small with press [ button.
