Hi, do you mean the template Santa's Cabin? In order to unlock the house again with template you need to complete the Christmas in the heir quest again once available. This house in the video is one of own designs.

The sink used in this build is from the Bonanza pack that was available in December. I would like a small sink with the cabinets. Hopefully they will release one to match in the future.
