The Sims Freeplay - Modern Houseboat (Original design)
Hello to everyone. This time I made a stylish and modern houseboat.
- The first floor: you can find an open concept kitchen-living and dining area.
- On the second floor: Two bedrooms, one bathroom and two extra terrace/balconies.
- Third floor: master bedroom, private bathroom and a big terrace with bbq area
- The exterior: patios for lounging and entertaining and a swimming pool

Love this! I think the kids' floor is my favorite. Their room setups are so cozy and intricate. But the whole thing is totally inspiring -- you did so well with the challenge of building and decorating with a small footprint. I wish we had more houseboat lots!

Super adorable! The little kids sun deck is so precious. I love the cute little kitchen too. I'm always amazed by you guys that can make the houseboats have so much stuff but not look cluttered. I love the deck off the master bedroom too.
