The Sims is really exposing me today... Family tree: fr... Merch Store 👚 ➤ jamesturner.yt... ➤ Visit my website for my Twitter, Twitch, other channels and more! My Website: jamesturner.yt
I love how this series is just James revisiting a different part of the Bigwallet family history each time and we get to remember (or not and be as confused as he is) the strange things that happened throughout hahaha
I feel like James's LP for this pack is so good because of the deep, personal lore and investment we all have built up in this save file. For simmers who don't have such a rich save file, the pack just doesn't have the same appeal.
It's kinda sad to me that this pack could've been one of the greatest, yet it's just rammed full with bugs. Everytime I see James upload a video, I'm glad that he's enjoying it so much, yet also I feel quite sad about the prospect of how much he would've enjoyed it if it were done properly. :(
It is buggy no doubt, but I love it! There’s at least some work arounds for the bugs. I do wish that they would dedicate more time to testing and quality assurance though, a lot of the last few packs have been very broken
Well if they made the game without bugs using testing and quality assurance then we wouldn't have so much to look forward[to] when patch days comes. 😂 Now we see a patch is released and cross our fingers that our most annoying bug is on the list. Hope that isn't just me.
@@ElaineLoyd I'm hoping there will be fixes in the pre-Cottage-Living patch because there weren't in the last one. At least supposedly they fixed the plants reverting to seeds.
Also, you should connect the basements of the three mini houses and make some ultramodern, underground, ultra open space, with like a pool and a grill and stuff there, just so you can get wacky and extra, ala Rags to Riches finale.
BEGGING you to finish this build and put on the gallery! It's such a cool looking house on the outside and deserves the inside done. Maybe go in and set up all the spaces with low end furniture and then hope they ask you back to redecorate the spaces. You will need the spaces ahead of time to be able to avoid glitches.
Love the idea of slowly updating the Realm of Magic house through interior design gigs. You should go back to the lot in manage worlds and build a floor plan so you don’t have to worry about building walls during the gigs!
I have been in certification for a new job and you have been getting me through with this great content to take a break with. I am so unbelievably grateful. 😃
painting a room (walls or floor) ~200$ ripping out appliance ~150$ (along with costs of new appliance if you don't just move them) ripping out walls ~100$ replacing doors / windows ~50$ anyone have any more things to add?
Great series it's like going down memory lane revisiting previous Bigwallet homes. I think you should finish the upstairs renovation first then do the basement. Also as a habit at gigs, steal something first leave a painting and then do the renovation. Have an awesome day.
Since Column and Plantain have so much money, you could renovate their home like it's Hazel doing it, and they'd pay her to do the whole place. You could use that money to buy one of the houses
I'm honestly kinda excited for the in game festival too because I also love Glass Animals. Glad to see them getting some love cause I've been a fan of theirs since 2014.
Does anyone else want him so badly to change the Ecolifestyle trio planners to match the house or is it just me 😂 Also he should go around and give all the bigwallets likes and dislikes that makes sense for their character and maybe he would get more likes and dislikes that makes sense for each family home
My ticket was in my inventory, not household inventory, then click and it gives you information, I went twice, it was really cool. Loved all the music. And I got all the swag which are T-shirts that are amazingly great.
it would be cool if you expanded the garage to meet up with the house. You could then have an entrance directly from the house to the garage and you could put the basement under the garage at first. Also, it would be cool and fittingly creepy to have like just a hanging lightbulb down there (instead of sunken windows). you could also put laundry and a furnace or something to make it more homely.
I got the Goths in my game. Mortimer is dead, and the surviving family are gradually getting a modernised house, room by room. Not one of them like the original decor, though Bella still wanted a red bedroom.!
The ticket surprised me too. For a brief second I hoped, that this meant you could pin it on the cork board along with the postcards - which would have been cool because that‘s something you would do with tickets, but unfortunately that doesn‘t work.
Once you did a build of a house in the process of being built. Maybe do that again for Hazel's house when doing a significant renovation (eg. moving the kitchen) and play with the house under construction for a week.
LOL! I love that you always forget to steal something and put in a painting 😂 Maybe a checklist would help? Though that depends if you'd remember to use it 😜🤣😂
If you do decide to, *ahem* age up certain sims out of existence... You should totally make a Bigwallet family mausoleum! You could put all the ashes in there and it could become a thing when you start a new generation that the oldest ones are placed to rest in the family crypt! Maybe even hide some cool secrets in there :)
I'm sticking tickets to a pin wall. If I lay them on a surface I will put something on top and then I have to find them again. So yes, in my household tickets are wall items.
what do you do with the dead Bigwallets? If you haven't already, you should make an opulent Bigwallet graveyard. It would be so cool to see how many generations have gone by, all in one place.
You can choose not to participate in the reveal and you still get the before and after animation, without running after every client to get their verdict (much less tedious after a few jobs). I still wonder how many people in a household have to like it and if therefore there's an advantage to picking jobs with fewer members in the household? Also, still want to know how you move your camera around while in photo mode, I can turn 360, but not move around the room.
I think you should open a retail store with all your stolen goods mark the prices up really high and see if you can sell the stolen stuff back to the original sims 😂😂
Ok, so I'm a new subscriber, so I have no clue what you were talking about in the beginning, but man they really did expose you for this house though! lol
When you go through and rename the households, maybe you should add a couple of likes that suit the personality of the sims - I mean leave in some random ones too, but it might be more fun for the ~lore~
i have a feeling this one bugged out bc their front door was on the outside building so from there it didnt have direct acess to the added room? (like, for the sim to access they had to go in and out the "front" door)
Should make the older members all die off from unique deaths. Maybe ones sort of related to what thier career/life goal was. That way they died doing what they loved.
Great idea!! I think Sebastian and Luna should die woohooing though because they seemed to actually love each other in spite of the R2R focus on making money fast/no time for casual interactions lol.
When you clean up the previous generations don't forget that Column is immortal through magic. That's why she had that weird thing swirling in her head.
Just wanted to tell you to keep in mind that having ageing off means Hagrid will stay a puppy indefinitely, which isn't the most fun, what with the whole stairs debacle. Maybe you could age him up in the next part.
