I know so many people are saying "there's already mods for online dating in sims" but at the same time, not everyone plays on computer and has acess to mods, or don't have a computer strong enough to run the game with them. I think this pack has alot of potential!

I absolutely love the Latino vibes of the new world! Feels good to have an actual liveable world inspired by latinoamerica, since the only one we have right now is Selvadorada, which is just a vacation world. Specially love all the names and the recurring butterfly imagery!

8:11 having your sim have romantic interests and things about a person they’re attracted to/not is a feature in a mod i’ve played, i’m sure it’s probably not the only one, and i’m glad we’re finally getting that in some way officially. I’m sure the compatibility feature from growing together also probably helps, i just haven’t gotten the chance to play growing together because i dont own it

This new pack is giving sister My Wedding Stories, which wouldn't be a problem- if it wasn't twice the cost. I never agreed with the whole "so and so expansion pack feels like a gamepack" argument before, for for the first time I finally agree. The biggest selling point is an app on your phone...That's it? All the other expansion packs add completely new features, things you couldn't already do in base game, like caring for livestock, having winter sports, horse racing, and so on. But this is just overhauled dating- It's not enough

My first time leaving a comment, but I have watched your sims videos and downloaded many of your builds. Thanks for those. My own feelings for this pack are also full of excitement. I purposely don't watch the game play videos for the same reason that you don't read the leaks on new releases. I don't want any spoilers. Part of the fun of playing is discovering what is new, for me, anyway. I really hope that the dynamics work well and they have more rejection interactions and actual animations not just moodlets. I'm hoping, but not holding my breath, for more romantic autonomy between NPCs. I hate having to play every household just so my neighborhoods have some life progress. More break-ups. Sims get mad or lose relationship but never break-up. I like the drama. I hope this expansion surprises me.

I'm always trying to avoid spoilers and wait for your video on any new pack. You have a more more "down to earth" way of talking about new packs. Sure, you get excited and I think that's perfectly fine, but I especially appreciate that you don't immediately talk about any worst case scenarios of what a pack has or doesn't have. Especially when nobody can know anything for sure because nobody has played the pack yet. You still find a good balance between excitement and criticism. i don’t think the early access stuff is such a big issue anymore. it used to be you only got it if you PRE-ordered. the last several releases have given at least 30 days after release to make the decision to purchase. 30 days is long enough to watch the favorite simmers play. if someone decides to buy it in a year? oh well….

It was cool to use our beloved(Hated) don here, I count him 4 times in this trailer. Also... there is an Axolotl in an aquarium... its weird, that this is the thing Im most exited about 😂 (also the axolotl figurin on that one screenshot)

Fun fact: the house number "520" is a slang in chinese to say "i love you" because they sound similar

the door number sign 520 is "I love you" in Chinese. It's a homophone wordplay of "wo ai ni" (i love you) sounding a bit like "520 "(wu er ling) (20th May is unofficially valentine's day in China)
