In the city of Orange, New Jersey, people went missing. It all began when a house fire was revealed to be a cover up, and would eventually lead to a missing woman's friends tracking down a murderous man on the loose. But Khalil Wheeler-Weaver just didn't seem like the type, he was a nice guy. What happened?

The cops probably thought she is a sex worker doing her business deal in the motel (the cuffs being a kink) then she had an arguement with her client over the money and she is accusing him of trying to murder her to the cops out of spite. That would explain why they behaved like little cunts and not taking her seriously.

How has no nobody mentioned that Tiffany is a legit superhero? Came up with a reason the killer would keep her alive, double-jointed her way out of cuffs and shut the door before he could get in? What a goddamn boss, I'm glad she could get out of her situation. I'm so impressed with her!! (Edit: Didn't except this sorta throwaway comment to get big (I dont even have comment notifs on) but let me add some things I learned from the comment section. I understand robbery is wrong but it does not make her deserve what happened to her. I call her a hero because I admire her quick thinking and extreme courage in this situation to outsmart this dude and use her innate talents in smart ways. Also, to people looking down on her for being a sex worker ya'll no better than the cops who didn't listen to her. and yes the friends who tracked down the killer are also mad heroes )

@@przemysawj6499 you went from “people lie” to “you can’t assume someone is guilty without evidence”. She gave no indication of lying, she’s just giving her testimony. Why would you assume that people lie without evidence? Especially as a cop, you don’t go into situations assuming they’d lie. They were discussing injuries, you don’t discuss kinks when you discuss injuries. And you don’t call the cops if you voluntarily got assaulted. To entertain your dumb situation: if you’re truly objectively assessing if she got duct taped voluntarily, you wouldn’t assume. Asking “you let him” is accusatory, whereas asking “voluntary or involuntarily” is objective.

Edmond Kemper, after murdering his Mother and her friend he wanted to stop himself from killing again and turned himself in to the police. He claimed that he could not have otherwise stopped and that he wanted to so bad that the only way he knew how was to turn himself in. He claimed to have satisfied his need to kill once he killed his mother and her friend. So I am not sure how that relates to not being able to stop. He did claim both things in testimony and statements to the press. I would call that remorse and empathy for any future potential victims.

@@extragoogleaccount6061 his motive was probably because killing someone made him feel something, that rush of adrenaline, which was like a drug, otherwise he felt nothing, cause he's a psychopath. Not all psychopaths kill, many of them are your bosses, they don't care if they have to lay off a 1000 people to increase the company's revenue, they are cold and calculated, that's why emotions do not interfere in their decision making, which makes them better than those with perfectly normal, healthy brains. Of course that doesn't mean they are everywhere. Psychopaths just don't have the same worldview as we. Psychopaths don't truly love, they can pretend or even know they should/have to, but never emotionally. They can get attached to you rather in a logical way - "what do I gain from being with you, what do I lose from being with you, does it provide me the things I want" etc. Most Psychopaths or Sociopaths don't kill. The motive of that guy is probably feeling something. Many serial killers described how they could only be satisfied either sexually or by feeling the rush or having total control over someone's life, only when killing someone (as this is the highest offense in the eyes of the public a person can do against another person), hunting the prey too.

@@Heavencollectable phrasing matters. He could have asked "were you engaged in any sort of sexual activity with him" "no" "The duct tape wasn't apart of any sexual activity?" "no." "Did he foricbly put duct tape on you?" "yes." This way makes it sounds like he cares 0.01% more and also doesn't make it seem like he thinks shes lying.

Actually asking why a victim of abuse why they didn't leave is infact a valid question, and the reasons are varied as well. Some victims are scared the abuser will come after them. Some don't have anywhere to go and can't support themselves or their children. Some like being married and don't want to be without a man. Some are afraid of societal pressure etc. The list goes on. It is important to ask victims why they didn't leave not only to understand them but also for others to learn from their mistakes and be empowered to leave. It is in fact a very natural question.

He needs to save face. Instead of him just sit down and hush......to avoid embarrassing himself further. He'd rather galavant with words to show how superior he was and still is to "these hoes", that someone else killed. This the kind of standz that like minds that think like him will take when they are confident in their value and level of importance. The fact that the elderly man said he's flabbergasted reveals how deceptive he was with his image. Something he would have definitely used to his advantage if he got into law enforcement.

Smart of Tiffany to remember her phone back at the place and bringing it up to her attacker that his info was all over it. That may have just saved her life. Absolutely! She saved herself on more than one occasion that night. For someone as intelligent as she is, I hope she smartened up and realized the danger she was putting herself in robbing "johns" like that. It's sad, sometimes people with mental disorders who do not get adequate help (or when there is no help possible ) end up living in dangerous situations, putting themselves in harm's way for money, shelter...even illegal drugs to numb their psychological pain. No blame, just wishing her the best.

@@MrEddie284 Yes, but considering he was only twenty years old and got away with a few murders already...I wouldn't say he was stupid tho. Anyhow, if he killed her and went back to the room it may have been too late as the phone may have been retrieved if the room got cleaned. In that situation it all depends how events were to be played out, too many variables.. hindsight being 20/20...idk, you can be right, I would make for a subpar psychopathic murderer myself, but.... ...she was way smarter then him, I think we'd both agree on that :)
