Now that Frogwares has this game back, they promise a big update in February this year. I just picked up the Deluxe version on GOG for $22 CDN but am gonna hold off till the update drops before I play it.

I think this game could be good the next time around.

How easy is it to proceed through the game unaided? I've heard that there game is too cryptic for it's own good and that a lot of the puzzles / mysteries are practically unsolvable without looking up a how to online.

I bought it for Switch last week and I love this game, it's well done port. But this game have cons though: Combat is clunky, skill system is useless. I dont know why many people criticise the world and empty map, it's fantastic tbh

Loved the main storyline and to be honest except for the 6 boring side quests other side quests were equally compelling and the outcome of your efforts on newspapers or other documents brought a poignant closure to all your efforts. Its a good game for any lovecraftian fan

kinda regret uninstalling this game at half progress..

So it's just Call of Cthulhu, but with jitery animations and janky fight sequences.

looks ps360 era af, i have it for free from a friend and gonna delete it. was alrdy bored out of my mind in the 1st 30 minutes, graphics suck, combat sux, and ppl really enjoy the story but that sux too lmao all around garbage not even worth free hard drive space and time
