The Sith Hurlant, a 10.5" V5 curved, oval saber designed along the lines of the Old Republic color scheme as seen in Ep.3 of Star wars. This is for one of my repeat Clients David Aziz. He happened to see a rough mockup, and had input for color scheme, and emitter details.
Specs: 10.5: x 1.50 width x .85" at the thinnest part. Aircraft aluminum, fully hand machined hilt.
Leather: Maroon saddle print, with bi-color baseball stitch.
Powdercoat: Dark grey metallic applied locally.
Chassis: GOTH3designs v5 katana as originally designed by Darth Alice.
Board: Naigon Electronics Corp. Igniter3
Battery: 18650 Keeppower 3400Mah 10 amp high discharge, with 2.1mm recharge port.
Main LED: Dark Red, Red, Red (Starsmasher setup)
Accent LEDS: 3 1206 SMD red
Speaker: 23mm JDC
Wiring: 28 and 30AWG Teflon coated military spec. solid and strand core
