They were one of the most underrated bands from the sixties. Always loved the Small faces . Amazing band. Got to see Kenny with THE WHO & one of Ian’s solo gigs before we tragically lost him. Beautiful tunes. 👍🏆🇬🇧
The photo of the band playing live is from the night Steve threw his guitar down and walked off the stage (New Year's 1968). Then the band officially broke up a few months later.
Glum Johns, the ace engineer and producer, in his autobiography describes the Small Faces as 'what a band they were!' If only Marriott had not left......
