This is not Brookesia micra. Brookesia micra is endemic to Nosy Hara. The species on Nosy Mangabe is Brookesia peyrierasi. Brookesia peyrierasi was described in 1974 and while small, is a fair bit larger (~32-43mm total length) than Brookesia micra (~22-29mm total length).
It appears to be a mature animal, but just not as large as they get so possibly a subadult. You can see the original description of Brookesia micra at the following link, and if you search for Nosy Mangabe, you will find that only B.peyrierasi is found there: journals.plos.org/plosone/article/file?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0031314&type=printable
Also, the images you show of the largest chameleon species is Calumma parsonii cristifer from the Andasibe area, which is considerably smaller than the nominate subspecies, Calumma parsonii parsonii, which is regarded as the largest chameleon.
There wasnt a single mention of lions with multi-personality disorder with a lion sharing an identity with a turnip and for that im truly disappointed.
