The SMALLEST powerful budget light Zhiyun Molus G60 & X100
I had the pleasure to test out the Zhiyun Molus G60 and X100 which is their newest COB light range that is affordable and high quality.
These lights can be used in so many different situations and I see this being a really great light for many use cases.
Thank you Zhiyun for supplying the lights for review.

G60 with 1/4" screw on the bottom of bracket and X100 with 1/4" threaded hole at the bottom. So they maybe mounted well on the projector I think.

I don't understand 100w equivalent or true 100w led (1000w equivalent) 100w is literally nothing! You need at least 200-500w for pro use.
@JasonMorrisphotocinema
@JasonMorrisphotocinema Год назад
You would have to define “pro use”. Absolutely this can be used for professional work. There is no rule book stating you can’t use any equipment for professional work. If it gets the job done use it. If it fits the budget and use case that is required, use it. Some tools aren’t best for certain situations and other tools are required. This is a close minded response
@LGPhotoArt

I gotta say you don't sound objective in this one, looks like a spot for Zhiyun. No cons? Do you really think they are cheap? They are powerful? Sorry, I respectfully disagree. Didn't mention the fan noise, the proprietary battery that lasts only 30 min, the actual power output sucks when you show it against the nanos...and they aren't cheap. They are small, that's what they are, some people need that, I am sure, but....
@CTcoreytrevor
@CTcoreytrevor Год назад
Mate I believe in being truthful and genuine when telling someone about a product, and your thumbnail is misleading (i.e. not truthful, and not genuine), and so is the first clip in this video. Listen to me closely. If you just pick these lights up and try to turn them on nothing will happen. Why? Because you need to attach a power source. Since no one is buying these for the plug-in-the-wall socket usability, and primarily for the portability and small form-factor, this means you will have to attach a battery TO the light to make it work. Right? Yes, that's right. So just holding up a photo of the LIGHT by itself is dishonest and misleading. For the 60 W light you need to attach a battery power bank with a 60W output if you want to be able to use the full brightness of the light. This means you'll be lugging around something that probably weights 4-5 times the weight of the light. and will definitely be longer in size than the light also. So you cannot ever talk about the size of the lights unless you mention immediately afterward the power requirement and how that affects the weight and portability of the lights. It's not a perfect comparison but It would be like someone talking about how amazingly light a Tesla is, without mentioning the fact that the weight they were referring to doesn't include the 1,200 lb battery. The 100W light does have a battery grip but it expires after 30 mins at full charge. Meaning you are seriously limited in what you are able to do with it. 30 mins is nothing. At least not for someone hoping to get some professional usage out of this. I have some advice: Be genuine and honest in every moment. Do not ever do anything on this channel that will mislead someone. What matters is being honest, which is to be different than all the other youtube "creators" (you create nothing, ironically, you simply film things that other people created) who made a video similar to yours. You missed an opportunity to be different. Nah, you just fell in line with all the rest of them. And you can say "I talked about the power options, and the battery blah blah blah. Look at your thumbnail. Is that an honest thumbnail? Look at you talking about the small size in the opening of the video. Is that honest?
