I just love how you guys have a predictable system! It makes it easy to enjoy and to focus on the actual features of each motorhome. Especially when Ive watch like 30 videos in one night 😖
Love 1) the over all look 2) bed over cab 3) interior and exterior storage. Don't like 1) 2 way fridge on $100,000 plus RV 2) free falling propane tank 3) no counter space
#Sunstar 1)Love the exterior storage. 2) Great lay out. 3)Nice colors. Dislikes: 1) Folding bed. 2)Shower door. 3) No convection oven. Over all great motor in a small package!!
3 things we like: 1-love the size (Under 30 feet) 2-setup speed of the bunk over cab. 3 things we don’t like: 1-kitchen counter size is small, 2-flip up master bed, 3-kitchen is on the non-camp side, 4-plastic shower curtain. #sunstar
#Sunstar 👍 Smashy! Another fine video production. Don't you ever sleep? Both you and Andrea looked a bit damp, Florida, gotta love it for the heat 'n humidity. Stay safe you two, I see the numbers down by you are spiking like nuts. 😷😷😷😷
Love the roof and love the size. Also love all the cameras. Don’t like the outside tv. Not a fan of the rv brown interior. I’d take the dinette out and finish the kitchen. Yeah, for a flip up mattress at least that would work.
I would say WINNEBAGO nailed it #Sunstar except for the floor vents, lack of counter space and no oven. Very nice R/V and as always great presentation and video. Stay safe.
Bedroom no no , thank you Matt on the cross breeze ( no windows there ) I see a vent on the floor , ain't happening! More counter space needed, ..like the control panel , small microwave with no oven, shower door I don't think so...RV review you guy's are the best very entertaining, ain't seen nobody better ..YET !
Great RV again. But would like side windows in bedroom and bigger counter in kitchen. And of course. # sunstar!! Please please pick me. Want to give it to hubby for Father’s Day! Can’t wait for next time!!
Things to love: * Pretty and functional dinette. * Good sized fridge and freezer. * The bathroom is lovely, but it would be better with a bit more space around the toilet. Things not to love: * So with you on the counter space! * No oven? Sometimes we need cookies and fresh bread! * The color scheme. Not in love with the cavelike feel of the dark wood with white/off-white everywhere else. This can be changed though, quite cost-effectively and easily. You two are adorable and you work so well together!
I like it, this Winnebago #SUNSTAR. You guys look great today but it does look hot down there. We are having beautiful weather for now. Stay safe guys. Cheers!!!
#sunstar love 1. cargo capacity, 2. fast power bunk, 3. dining table storage. dislike 1. toilet, im large and disable and that wouldnt work for me at all. 2. kitchen counter space, 3. no power reel for 50 amp cord just love your reviews!
#Sunstar. Wow a lot of RV for so short. Hate that the bed has to fold . Hate that driver's seat does not turn. Not enough windows. Prefer sliders that actually open wide. Love that it has good indoor storage and love the generous outside storage. Love the over can bed. Need and over or at least a decent size convection
you probably dont give a damn but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly lost the login password. I love any tricks you can offer me
@Aaron Dominic Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site on google and Im in the hacking process atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
49.4 50,000 so close you can smell the Art Deco! #sunstar. Like the trees on the Grip6 belt buckle. Love the grip6 commercial! LOL! Oh didn’t see the wood tone buckles yesterday! Like them!
#sunstar My wife and I enjoy watching your reviews! We like the size of the RV and the sliding windows. The dinning table is cool with the diagonal storage above it. A lot of “interesting” features. We look forward to seeing pictures of the pup! The grip6 commercial is awesome too.
#sunstar I really like the cabinet color. I'm amazed at all the storage options. The best is that there is a sofa and dinette in this compact RV. I agree that there is a lack of countertop space and an oven. This is the best Winnebago I've ever toured.
#Sunstar Likes: Hidden Hinge Cabinetry, Common Outside storage bay accessible by (2) two side by side doors, Lift up Dinette Table Dislikes: Generator directly under the bed (ugh sleeping), Lack of oven/convection, Plastic Potty You guys rock!!!
I love the small Class A’s they seem so much more livable inside. Luv the almost invisible cab-over bed (though I can’t imagine ever using it); the counter top look (although it definitely needs matching sink covers). No oven? Gotta have convect/micro! Like the stand up table/desk and tiny ladder closet. Lay the ladder on the lift bed and turn it into it a can-depth pantry.
#sunstar Love that it can go into National and State parks, love the shower slide instead of a curtain and the size of the bed. Don't like no oven and colors- prefer greys and whites. Also don't like that a window is the headboard. Makes it difficult to watch TV when the shades are down. I do love you both I'll probably never be able to afford an RV, but it makes my day every time I get one of your videos in my feed. So thank you! Stay safe
#Sunstar 1. Would like theater seats instead of Jack knife sofa 2. Don’t like folding beds, but understand because of length. 3. Would like induction and gas cooktop 1. Like front end looks 2. Like generator size 3. Like overall length
Ido like the flip table at the passenger seat. Like I mentioned like the kitchen set up with the sink facing the living area. I like how the cabinets over the couch flip up not down.
#sunstar. Things I like: color scheme, bathroom size, storage. Things I don’t like: no oven and no microwave/convection oven, counter space-can they engineer something that slides out rather than flips up? And finally that weird drawer in the wall in the bathroom? Not sure who came up with that.
I love the coat closet, the walk space with the slides in, and the corner shelves next to the television. Bonus like: extra storage under the dinette table and carry capacity! Dislikes: heaters in the floor, no oven or convection microwave, and no back splash around the stove top. Normally I would hate the folding bed but I could totally accept that in this layout. I also would like to note that the arch over cockpit is an interesting feature and I was surprised with the amount of basement storage in such a small coach.
Great RV Matt! Love the TV placement, over can bed, faucet, counter, sink, cabinets, pocket door, bathroom, window at head of the bed, wardrobe and drawers, wet bay. Dislike...plastic toilet, retractable plastic shower door (can't clean it), no oven. #Sunstar Loved the commercial... hilarious! #Sunstar 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤣
I love the TV positions, the bedroom storage and the pocket door. I dislike the toilet (position and plastic), lack of counter space and no oven or convection microwave.
#sunstar That was a great Winnebago. Don’t like: Plastic toilet, no oven/convection mw, passenger side fold out “desk”- don’t like them hinged. Like: all the storage, simplicity of decor to DIY, pantry (would have liked it better with pull out shelves). Y’all are great. My husband and I enjoy every video we watch. Very informative on models and rv’ing in general. 🌻🌻🌻
Matt, I would change the font in your video where you tell people to contact you. It is very hard to read. Maybe use a basic arial font. Just a suggestion😀
Hey Matt and Andrea - Wow I like the length of this coach!! That partial body paint is beautiful!!! Those storage compartments are NICE for that length RV and the secret storage under the dining table Likes- 2 AC units and solar panel Wetbay is VERY nice! The floor plan is VERY similar to our Coachmen pursuit so I really like the total floor plan and all the storage drawers Dislikes No doggy/cat window at co captain seat Kitchen counter space (add a extension please) Window at the head of the bed/Plastic toilet/floor heat vents Awesome review guys!!! Grip 6 I love their ad - the worst holes are belt holes🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hey guys! Dislikes: small fridge, no convection over or regular oven, need one or the other, Folding mattress even with fold down low. Price seems high for a tier 2 unit, bathroom (toilet and shower curtain). Likes: DIY style... nothing else really stands out but that’s expected for a tier 2. Take care ya’ll!
Ton's of Pro's! Con's: 1) TV should be in a cabinet that raises up (there is no window behind it) so there can be small cabinets above it 2) No cup holders by jack knife couch 3) Get rid of the divider in the sink 4) 12v Compressor refrigerator 5) No USB charging stations by bed 6) Fancy drawer behind toilet by needs the pull out drawer beneath sink 7) Dark cabinets
#sunstar My 3 likes; (nothing to do with RV brand lol) 1: your team approach with Andrea .. awesome! 2: I wait every time for “Art Deco” comment ... makes me laugh out loud!! 3: your truthful opinions .... keeping it real ! Keep up the great videos !
#Sunstar...starting this comment in 3, 2, 1. Love Grip6 and love Winnebago. Although, I agree with Matt, it needs to be 1 foot longer to be just right. Dislike: no oven; Like: TV over dinette and straight in line for viewing pleasure from sofa. Andrea, we’ll see you...next time!
Dude, I don’t know how you do it with that Florida heat and the black shirt. Amazing that Motorhome has 2 AC’s it would be 65 in there. Love the dinette table. #Sunstar!! Love to get one of those Grip 6 belts. Thanks for the video guys!!
#sunstar Don't like 1. Tiny microwave, but no convection oven. 2. no oven 3. fold up bed (can you sleep on it w/o slideout? ~ limits stealth boondocking) Like: 1. exterior appearance. 2. relatively good storage 3. interior appearance … good looking coach all around
Your videos are our new TV channel, I think we have watched them all now! Even though we are up in Canada, hoping to visit someday in the future! Really missed out on getting a 4P's sticker and the Andrea sticker! Those would have gone together so well! #sunstar #sixgrip #mattsrvreviewsrules
#sunstar I love this couple! Don’t likes 1. Counter space 2. No oven. 3. Bedroom Likes 1. Shower 2. Wet bay 3. Definitely AC x 2 Keep up the awesome work! P.s. I’m getting a belt 😉 They have the best commercial I’ve seen in years! Right up there with the deodorant guy on the horse😂😂😂
Don't understand everyone's obsession with having an oven. The propane ovens don't work well anyways. I'm taking mine out as soon as I can to add more storage and counter space. I'll use a convection countertop and an instapot for cooking instead. I love Winnebagos. I have a 1990 Cheiftain. If you take care of it, a Winnebago will go and go.
#SUNSTAR I love those belts! Hi Matt and Andrea, I am new to the RV family and have been watching your videos. I live in Chicago recently purchased my very first RV from a General RV in Michigan. It was a great experience! Everyone super friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you for all you do.
#Sunstar Hi Matt & Andrea Dislikes 😔 1) I would prefer a U shape dinette. 2) The bathroom would work better if the wash basin and toilet switch places. 3) It needs a porcelain toilet. 4) No oven. Loves 😻 1) I like that the length is under 29’. 2) it has outside entertainment. 3) It has a sofa and dinette. 4)Solar prepped and a supper quite generator Matt, I would love to see a review of the #Minnie Winnie 26T when you have one in stock Keep happy n healthy y’all
Likes: 1. Walk thru ability when slides are in. 2. living area color scheme. 3. No worthless oven! Dislikes: 1.The bath room would be better if the under sink storage was just 5 inches smaller. Better pooping position. You already have that great drawer over the toilet. That's a big plus. 2. Yes the outside shower and drainage area looks really clean and easy to use. Great job. 3. Two A/C units are great! #SUNSTAR
*#sunstar* I like the floor plan. the drop down front bed. With the nice fold down table at the front passenger seat. . And hidden hinged cabinets. Also what's very nice was the storage under the table. I REALLY like all the outside storage. That's more then i have ever seen on a motorhome of that size and even more room then on bigger ones. I don't like how long the exhaust pipe for the on board generator seems to stick out the back... very excessive!. Don't like the fold out master bed mattress. I still want to see more units with electric outlets on both sides of the master bed. Dont like heat vents on the floor because it makes it harder to sweep the unit out without dirt falling into the vent Those are my thoughts and I'm sticking to it! Love the videos and how you two complement each other!
The things I do not like: 1. not a lot of counter space 2. vents in the floor 3. no convection oven The 3 things I do like: 1. the wet bay 2. 2 A/C units 3. the coat closet by the entry door
I really like the small home and totally functional floor plan Dislike No oven No kitchen counter Lack of storage inside No cord reel Love: The fold on the bed The kitchen table The overall usability of the floorplan That cargo capacity 2 acs The wetbay
#sunstar This is a really nice RV. I just wish that companies would just do one solid paint job.. not a fan of the RV paints jobs.. keep up the good job you two!
1. Dont like the plastic toilet! 2. Shower "door", prefer an arch to the track 3. lack of counter. 4 . bunk only holds 300lbs and no catch net like/love 1. sink facing table sitting area 2. hidden hinges 3. hidden vanity/makeup counter extender in bathroom 4. dual a/c is wonderful Matt & Andrea you guys are the best!
Good Morning RV Review Crew! I’m not supposed to be sitting here sipping a gout-smoothie and watching a Matt RV Review, I’m supposed to be at Lowe’s ordering new carpet for the TV room! I’m hoping to finish my smoothie and this review before the Mrs. gets home from church and hits me with her bible, again, for not following her instructions. Also, I want a belt, so maybe a bible-thump or two will be worth it if I get one of those fancy Grip6 belts to help keep the old mid-cabin area in check! Sunstar? Why don’t they call it FUNSTAR! #SUNSTAR I really like this motorhome and appreciate all the little details Winnebago puts into their coaches throughout their lineup. In this coach I like: +The dinette - it’s 42” x 73” which is large enough to accommodate a 6-foot guest for sleeping. It won’t be super comfy, but it’s long enough to hold an adult. The dinette top is way cool. Hidden extra storage and it’s wide! You can use that for food prep to help overcome the lack of countertop space in the galley area. +There is no slide on the camp side - YEAH! And the awning (should be armless), is HUGE! So nice job there, but please let’s go armless as standard going forward. +There are no swirling tornado graphics on the sides of the motorhome - YIPPIE! The combination of paint and decals is very sharp and not overdone, BOO TORNADO GRAPICS! +Pedestal table mount in the cab area! +Bunk over the cab - wish it were higher than 300 pounds (even 400), but nicely done! +2 A/C units and ducted VHAC! BOO to floor vents though, is there only the one? I have a pet, so this could be problematic +Nice touch that the trim around the mirror in the MBR and Bath match! Now for things that I did not care for, or I have questions about: -Was there a propane quick-connect for an outside grill? I did not see one in the review or in the comments. If there is one - GREAT! If there isn’t one - BOO! -Power Cord management - come on, at least put a manual power cord reel in the units. Power cord reels (manual or automatic) need to be standard particularly in 50-amp motorhomes -When are we going to run out of the F53-V10’s? The new chassis has better suspension and handling and less engine intrusion in the cab, when are we going to see the last of the V-10s? They keep popping up everywhere. There’s bound to be issues with some folks on the new digital dash vs. analog, but the digital command center puts much more information at the captain’s fingertips with a few toggles and will be better appreciated down the road. -Why is there no kitchen sink cover to match the galley countertop? That’s a large area which can be purposed for food prep, yet without the sink cover it’s wasted space - POOR DESIGN. Maybe you can order a cutting board which fits in that area and salvage some countertop space. -NO OVEN - already enough said -Fridge, I agree with Andrea on this one. But fixing this is easy. Swapping out the vinyl wood panels on the front of the fridge with matte black stainless would look sharp, but you could recover that vinyl with any sturdy covering (and, you should) -Why are the side cameras not built into the mirrors? It seems the side-mounted position makes them more susceptible to road dirt and grime. -TV over the dinette: a sound-bar would have been simple to add and would easily mount in the wall, flat screen TVs generally do not have good sound quality, so let’s spend the $80 or so to ensure quality sound performance from the TVs in ALL UNITS! -Why was the sealant used on the roof black instead of tan to match the roof? I realize this is nit-picking but really? Did you run out of tan waterproofing? On an otherwise very sharp looking and nicely outfitted roof, that stuff is just ugly. -Hard to tell from the video, but in the pantry each shelf should have a ½” to 1.5” lip in the front so things shifting around while underway do not fall out when cabinet doors are opened. This should be in ALL cabinets, but especially the pantry area. If there was a shelf-lip and I couldn’t see it, NICE JOB! ? Was there a sun shade for the windshield? If not, there should be one! I hear the church bells ringing so the Mrs. will be home soon. I’m gonna run to Lowe’s before I get bible thumped. Have a great day everyone and thanks MATT & ANDREA for the review!
Dislikes: 1. No oven 2. Lack of storage in the bumper for the septic hose 3. Too little counter space Likes: 1. Space on the side of the bed to make it. 2. Slides for extra room 3. Corner kitchen 4. Matt and Andrea's reviews! Actually LOVE those!!!
Love the review and it seems like a very nice motorhome and really like the size. I wish that you would review gas mileage averages for each review. I'm thinking of buying something like this but prefer diesel for better MPG, but I would like to make an intelligent choice if it is worth the extra expense.
Was excited about the review because I wanted to compare to Thor Axis/Vista. Dislikes 1. Kitchen- no oven, no micro/convection, no covers for sink 2. No safety net on bunk above cab, 3) folding mattress of bed . Like 1. Outside storage, 2) non carpet floor in cab, TV location. I still like the Thor Axis better and it has a better price. Thanks Matt and Andrea!
#Sunstar Love the table. But where is the oven or convection??? So many things you can do with it. I love your reviews. They are so much more fun than other people who show RV's. You are much more thorough than everyone else. This particular Sunstar is great.
#sunstar! 3 Likes: 1: Exterior Storage is great for such a small product 2: Nice dinette and sofa with TV across 3: Minimalist and airy DIY interior design 3 Dislikes: 1: Disappointing kitchen (No convection microwave or even an oven, no counter space) 2: Cramped and plastic toilet 3: 2 piece folding mattress
I also love RVs that have at least two small sections of a jealousy window opening so that if you are someplace in bad weather or rain you can still open them up without the water coming into the RV even just the kitchen or living room area if they have two that open near the bottom for a few inches so you can open them up for fresh air would be great I have seen them on a couple newer ones but not too many
Good Matt Price for a pretty nice home despite the shortcomings Like the new Matt approved sound ptung Failed the toilet test. Kitchen position is bad as there is no backsplash area near sink will have to see how that works.Large convection oven would be an asset. Keep safe .700 more subscribers needed for 50 K
Really enjoy watching your videos, wonderful job on how you describe and show everything about each RV you show. My likes, drop bed, queen or king mattress looks so comfortable, the space, storage, and the dine table wonderful surprise. didn't like is the bed, the toilet position, couldn't figure out what the drawer I guess next to the toilet was for, I guess toilet paper LOL and I didn't like how when Matt you sat in the driver's seat it seemed to have swallowed you up the seat I don't know look really low I guess or maybe it's just me... 💜🙏✌️
#Sunstar. Seems like this has Class C quality on a Class A Chassis. Ladder's too high, bed folds, no oven of any type, plastic toilet, evap fridge. I do like the neutral colors, Winne is finally getting it.BTW I think the dinette table pops up to counter height because there is no actual counter space.
I'm curious about one thing in general. I have heard that it is considered "poor form" to play your outdoor tv at the RV parks. Is this true? Anyway, three things I love: 1. The length 2. The King Sized bed 3. The 2 air conditioners The three things I didn't like: 1.It looked to me like a tight squeeze to get into the bathroom when the slide out wasn't slid out. 2. It looked to me like the far drawer under the bed wouldn't open all the way due to lack of clearance. 3. I did not notice (nor did you mention) a grip bar at the entrance. You both are great. I am learning so much from your videos. Thank you for doing these. #SUNSTAR
DISLIKES: -- So little counter space. I'd retrofit something or at least cover the sinks. -- Fold up bed (but love the mattress size and seam placement) some parking situations don't allow for deploying slides. -- No oven LIKES: -- Over cab bed - they're usually claustrophobic; this one's functional. -- Looks like there's room on the roof for more solar, and space for lithium batteries. I like to boondock. -- The price -- Bonus: Matt & Andrea
Hi Matt and Andrea love your review as always (3) Likes - The way it flows inside - The colors inside - The hidden hinges on the cabinets (3) Dislikes - No oven - Plastic Toilet - wood grain refrigerator #SUNSTAR would love to win a belt for my husband because he brings so much laughter and joy to my life everyday and always go out of his way to help anyone in need. Thanks for all the hard working knowledge that both of you put into your RV review videos.
#Sunstar.....Likes 1. the bunk goes up and down quickly, 2. The size 28', 3. I can live with the price.. Dislikes: 1. The kitchen, not enough counter space, 2. No Stove, 3. Plastic shower curtains. 4. floor vents.
