So that old chick who is dabbing lives in Rossmoor California. It is a subsection of WALNUT CREEK. It is a retirement community but it is expensive. It’s not just a building with old people. It is fucking huge. I’ve had several clients in there for construction. There is a gorgeous, sprawling golf course With homes and condos all around. They have their own community center and their own gym. The last dispensary WALNUT CREEK had was in about 2005 and I was a part of that. We had 300 members and it was a co-op so I used to sell weed there. WALNUT CREEK is big money and very conservative, so they shut that down. But Rossmoor is its own little entity inside WALNUT CREEK. they opened that dispensary inside their perimeter. You and I can’t just go there. You have to actually be a resident of Rossmoor to use the facilities around there, including that dispensary. Because it is inside a 55+ community. There are no schools or children roaming around. I think this is how they skirted city guidelines. So I say good for the retired folks, sticking it to the man demanding their own dispensary.

..old grower here ( first grow in ‘79) just wanted to say I really dig your show.. Great info and smooth rhythm to the conversation..find myself laughing a lot! I’ve grown a variety of cultivars in the same tent which is not too difficult. The problem is when you have a perpetual grow system and one plant just isn’t yet finished.. another two weeks can throw a snafu in your timing.. ..also wanted to thank Mr. Real for the recharge and grow dots..every grow has been fire since using that stuff, it’s brilliant! ( No more stinking up the neighborhood with my fermenting compost teas)🤣
Thank you for the feature. I am four days in and I’m not seeing any problems. Am going to give it another 6 more days. Yes, some of my plants are more hungrier than the others especially the ethos grapes it doesn’t matter what strain of grapes it is super hungry in calcium.
Currently I have 12 plants in flower ... ( 9 different varieties!) I use wicks in the base of the pots - all of which sit in a bigger pot - no holes - which acts as a reservoir. The tent is only 3 by 3 and i'm using 400w of Migro lights. Usually do about 1.25 - 1.5 oz per plant. I turn on the UVA/B for the last 3 weeks. I know i could do better just growing one var. ....... However, I agree with Scotty ... I'm happy with an 8/10 .... having variety in my jars is far more important. Top show as usual, cheers guys!😀 (UVC is usually blocked by the ozone layer!!)
I have only grown for a few years, and I always have grown multiple strains and never thought about it. I adjust each plant to try and make it happy using training moving to different spots in the tent, adjusting height ect. I grow for my medical needs and mental relaxation, and I love it. BTW love recharge!! Gotta try the grow dots. cheers and Happy New Year
I made some hydro halos, and they work really well, but I went back to hand watering. If you're into the drip irrigation, you should check out the flora flex matrix circulator. The tray they use evenly distributes the water.

@@northernlightkind8041 I'm just bummed out I'm having a viral infection with mosaic and it's going to shut this run of auto flowers down. I don't even smoke cigs. Idk what's going on I just know I wasted soil I bought black Friday n got a deal on n now have to buy more and more pots bc the infection and have 3 plants that don't have it yet but nowhere to put them if I take the other out and bleach water sanitize everything and let air out for s few days so i almost want to just toss em all out. I was just hoping to grow my own and stop going to the dispo again finally and now I'm just stuck in what to do . I never had a problem I can't fix before u can't cure this stuff and their autos. Who wants to let a virused plant grow and see what it produces when it's a auto and the virus stunts growth and kills quantity and quality. It's already auto and not going to produce like my photos I grew idk man I'm just bummed the fuck out I still don't know what to do their all just sitting there still together in the tent bc idk what I wanna even do 😔
I grow 3 different strains at a time, but I have 3 4x4 flowering tents. I have clientele to keep happy and they like variety. I have to start from seed every time. It has its challenges like making 3 different strength nutrient mixes. The hardest thing is not knowing whether or not the plant stretches and to what extent. It makes it hard not to either not fill out the tent in flower or over Veg and they get too close to the light. I shoot for 14-16 oz per 600 HPS.

What i se when finishing with 18/6 - 20/4 light cykel its kind of the same as running UV-A & B. About 65-75% of plants give me a possitiv reaktion when done right. (Not starting with the UV-B to hard to soon, it can hurt both yield and kvality. Just as flipp'n bak to veg light cykel to soon can effect final results in a way you dont want) Cant se higher yield or more tricomes from ending with veg light cykel. The possitiv reaktions i se in my set-up is better density of finisht flowers, much better uniform ripeness over a bigger part of the plant, colors(better looking nugs) But a big thing im keeping my eyes on at the moment is "better legs" aka flowers keeps its flavor for longer when store'n over longer time but that one is just a feeling at the moment. Need more experience to say for shore. Ofcorse that one is depending on if you can run the lights for that extended time without "over heat'n" the flowers/room. I do recomend you to phenohunt with UV-B. Only hade a coupel of phenos that show negative results from ether UV-B or longer light cykel finishing. Thats mayby 1-2% of all the girls that passt truu my flowerroom ever sense i started to use both tools.
I got 34 strains on day 2 of flower in my 5x5 tent. I did 19 my last run ans was a major success. Ive been growing multiple strains since 2008. I want to get down to 10 to 15 keepers from my 34

Make your own watering system, like scotty Said. Out of pvc or flex. Add on-off valves to adjust or turn off water to individual specimens.... and put pump on a timer. You got this!!
Great topic and discussion. I have multiple strains growing same time. I like variety and I also haven't found a strain yet that I would fill a tent with. No Winter Frost in Canada(Jerin?) so its a bit harder to finish them at the same time. Staggered start to flower helps. Peace! Kenabyss DGC 🇨🇦
I use the UVB bar from Migro (my-grow). I dont do side by sides, so I can't compare it. All I know is 2 hours in the middle of the light cycle, the last 4 weeks of flower, and I get sticky, tasty, dank flower. Im going to try every other day like someone suggested in the comments. The UVB bar from Migro has a little UVA within the spectrum. But UVB is more important. Never use UVC to grow.. it will seriously harm plant tissue. I have a UVC light tower that I use to clean with. Hang it up inside the tent and turn it on for 20-30 minutes. But with the door closed, never be in the same room or look into the UVC light. It does produce ozone too.. I can smell it in the air. Ozone is also unsafe to breath in. So I set up two fans and crack a door open. This is between grows to clean the tent not with plants or anything living. UVC is very unsafe to be around. I also use the far red flower initiator pucks from Rapid LED. They come on for 20 minutes at the end of the light cycle. I will see pistils early as 6 days after flipping to 12/12, cultivar depending. Photochrome Red and Photochrome Plus or something like that. But it helps the plant switch faster between the two kinds of photochrome stages. I run the far red pucks through all stages of growth. You can also use far red for the Emerson effect, but from what I've read, you would want to be accurate with how much far red you add, intensity wise, to avoid stretchy plants and benefit the most from it.
Really depends on your space! I have 5 strains going now in my veg room. 4 in my flower room. All in separate beds though. Putting multiples in the same bed can be difficult or packed into a tent could be difficult as well. Different heights, feeding regiments, grow/ chop time. Lots of moving parts
Something I've never heard anyone talk about when I worked in nursery's we grow grafted tomatoes olives etc one of my mates had a few weed plants with different strains grafted on à old plant he didn't have room to grow a lot of different strains that way he had a variety of weeds I tried and it wasn't hard we grew tomatoes with 2 rooted plants with one top and they where huge we sold thousands in the nursery because they got huge ive done it 15:29 with weed plants and they where huge these days they don't sell grafted tomatoes any more I don't know why because it was not hard to do
I get tastier and a more resinous bud when I run 18/6 the last few days. I can't quantify whether or not I get larger flowers from it, but it seems to be a mild stressor to the plant helping with trich & terp production.
i like to grow 3 strains in same room but under different lights. the are spaced 3 weeks apart . one is a high cbd ,a daytime (uplifting, skinny leaf cultivar) , and a night time ( sedative ,fat leaf cultivar ) all take about 9 weeks to finish was using Remo's but now am trying Canna Coco the full line up for the next few runs to see the difference
Yeah this is my issue was going to go with 2 strains but currently only have one tent so worry about the timing of each strain a veg tent is on the list 💯💚

With out knowing your specifik plant is almost Impossible. Just like your plant from seed whont grow/flower like a clone from same plant. I recomend the "adapt and overcome" taktik & mind set. Watch and get to know your plant and do the best you can with the knowledge that clones from same plant will grow/flower the same. So its then you know how its growth & flower morfologi and time. You got this, good luck 👊👍🤙 Flipp your from seed plants earlyer ofter helps, that tap root from seed plant will stretch more then clones.
I'm running 2 Bloodcake BX1 from Viking Gardens Genetics. Same pack of beans 2 different phenos. One is short an the other is double the height. has been a bit of a challenge from light to nutes.
You guys should really check out native sun genetics Cartier is a stand up dude with fire genetics man don’t miss out on it I’m currently doing a 1 gallon challenge for him how many grow dots should I use for the 1 gallon if I need to be done a bit quicker then what the strain usually takes ?
I grow multiple strains all The time but I’ve got two 4x8 tables under 4 lights so I can arrange them accordingly to their hight . I’ve never seen that much of a difference nutritionally
Why not just keep reducing light time and temp to finish out? Through my whole cycle, I change the light schedule 30 minute every 12th day. Starting at 14/10 up to 16/8, then work my way down 30 minutes at a time until done. 168 to 180 day cycle. Any thoughts?

Maybe to a point? If this were the case when running f2’s in the same room why would we get 30 different phenos??? All those recessive traits come through?…. Wouldn’t we have to change the environment to see them all if this were true? Not arguing with you… let’s discuss, I’m open to learning something new as well

Yes it will change expressions of the same pheno in different environments but that’s not what a pheno is like you are saying…
The Irrigation from the ceiling would mean that you would have to have your water main ran to the top of your room. Or you run 1/4 inch spaghetti lines. Use cable ties
I grew 6 strains this last summer. Going to be more next year. It is most definitely a challenge. Outside Michigan, everything is a challenge. Hey Scottie, do Grow Dots work ok in Ocean Forest? Or top dress?
Grow dots should work in anything just remember your OF is preloaded for about 4 weeks of feeding so no need for them until after the plants start to deplete what they started with in the soil
