The Smash! Three Versions of The Timeless Classic with Cigar Pairing 

The Smash! A Perfect Pairing with the Oliva Melanio Serie V!!!
The Blueberry Thyme Smash
2 oz Rye
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Muddle a handful of blueberries and three sprigs of time in the mixing tin. Add your other ingredients and shake. Double strain into a rocks or old fashioned glass and garnish with three blueberries.
The Watermelon Basil Smash
2 oz Gin
½ oz Campari
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Muddle five pieces of watermelon with five basil leaves. Add ingredients and shake. Double strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
The Sweet Corn Smash
2 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Agave Syrup
Muddle half an ear of cooked and cooled sweet corn with a large sprig of rosemary and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients, shake, double strain into an up glass. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary and enjoy.
