Still waiting on a really good update! Once they start bringing out new maps and do their overhaul on missions and stuff, then it'll be worth it! Give it a bit more time!
Hell yeah do it! I got mine on the hardest difficulty with a slight tweak on the setting that way the AI isn’t just spotting you the moment they turn around.
I'm really enjoying it so far! Big fan of extraction shooters. So now that we have a PVE extraction shooter it's awesome. Definitely has alot of potential. Hoping at some point they add more missions to do, since some of the current missions get a bit repetitive. But It's still in the early stages! I'm sure they got lots of plans! But yeah, compared to a couple other early access games I played on the channel, this one is on the right track for sure!
Yeah it’s just all AI. If you’re looking for PVP it’s not the game for you. But if you played games like Ground Branch, Ready or Not, etc. then I think you’ll like it.
@@Darkdiver28how big is that Market? SPTarkov already exist, what audience are they trying to tap into here? Makes no sense. It’s like indie games fighting over their small subset of an audience, like why. Single player only FPS PVE games are pointless and boring for the mass majority of people. Most eventually turn into horde more lol. If it’s not story driven then it’s just a waste of time
I mean with that, you could introduce someone like your dad to an extraction shooter, kinda like introducing them to sniper elite before having them play something harder like mgsv. That and the ai is kinda good at spotting you, so it's not so much challenge missed, it might at some point have a pvp option, and it's got a nice progression loop. For 13 bucks it's pretty ok
@@StormyWeather21 you cant really do coop with SpTarkov and technically they can ban you for using mods. The market is there, especially with people that dont have time to grind Tarkov. To really enjoy that game you need hours of constant playing to stay in top and lets not mention cheaters. A similar experience but at your own pace definitely attracts alot of busy people that are looking for a nice play session. What sets this apart from Spt is coop, not a mod (its a standalone product), its cheaper (its in steam) and perhaps better dev support. But at the moment Sptarkov has much more content for sure. People play the heck out of Stalker and similar games. There is another “extraction” indy game called Road to Vostok which is similar to Tarkov but just SP. There is alot of interest in non pvp games, Helldivers proved this as well.
