Janik him along with like every goalie in the league 😂 he’s not as bad as some other players and recently he hasn’t had any moments showing a bad temper or a sore loser
@@mitchellman32 for real it is potentially one of the best contracts for any team I've ever seen if he continues his path of dominance and I'd say barring injuries he's already got it well on the way
@@aydenking9340 yes and no, Pasta is incredible offensively but is defensively disabled. Helps when you have Marchand and Bergeron on your line though (2 of the top 2-way forwards in the league)
Hi_Im_Flabber yea but Marchand was hurt for a bit last game and pasta still scored and got an incredible assist in ot but I do agree that his defense is not the best
Onyx you could say that, but also, some players actually do care about a fantastic team being built around them and being able to give raises to other young and up and coming players to keep a solid contending team together for many years to come. That’s true leadership right there is accepting a contract like that. Hey Toronto!!! I’m talking to you!!! Anybody hear me!! Hello!? Ah they’re too rich to care
@Onyx he actually didn't because at the time that he signed it, it was a completely reasonable and fair offer. Then he blew up and it looked like the deal of the century.
@@landomack956 when Mack signed for $6M, it was reasonable based on what he had done up to that point in his career. Has nothing to do with him leaving money on the table for other guys. Trust me, when this contract is up, he'll be getting a league max contract to stay.
It’s so fun watching Adam turn into a hockey fan and learn about the sport. I’m so happy for him and love theses vids, even though he probably won’t see this, Keep it up bro, we love it!
Check out the Sedin twins, highest scoring players in Canucks history, retired two years ago. Identical twins who played together on the same team their whole careers and seemed to have psychic chemistry with each other on the ice. Some of the craziest passing and scoring you'll ever see.
Hey Adam that flick shot is called a wrist shot and when you see it done really quickly without rolling the wrist it's called a snap shot. Keep making these amazing videos buddy because this Canadian is loving them!!
If you wanna look at a longer vid there's one called "22 minutes of dominant sedin shifts" they were swedish twins playing for the Vancouver Canucks, they looked telepathic when they played.
Ctrl-f tells me that 12 people have requested the Sedin twins! They are the most magical passing duo in the history of the NHL because they are identical twin brothers who have played together since they were about 4 years old.
In January 2020 the All-Star skills competition & game, it's the best of the best from every team. Your really see the amazing talent & hard work these men possess.
I ❤that you really get excited when you watch hockey. It's even better live. It's also great that your getting to know the terminology too. Adam your the best & make me smile every damn time❤🏒
He's easily top 5 in the league. He's also from the same small town that Sidney Crosby is from, and they train together in the summers. The sticks to have some flex to them - there are rules as to how much they can have.
@@seppmeier4232 I thought I read that, but can't find it now. I may have been thinking of curve. I've been wrong before - good chance I was wrong now. Thanks for pointing that out. :)
Elias Pettersson, all points by Elias pettersson rookie year. Note, this kid is 20 years old in his rookie year and in his second year now, hes one of the best players in the NHL. I repeat, one of the best.
Check out the best deflection goals. Imagine hitting a puck flying up to 100 mph with a stick just few centimeters wide redirecting it right into the spot where goalie cannot react to it
he makes 6 million a year but that is probably one of if not the best contract in the NHL. he signed that contract before his breakout season. If he could sign a new contract now he would be making atleast 11 million a year
“It’s too easy for him must be the midget league” hahaha omg you absolutely crack me up! Your reactions are fantastic. How about some Marc Andre Fleury? Flower is a legend 👌🏻
He's a top 10 because he's carries non top 10s and still earns top 10 stats, the line is phenomenal because given what they bring to the table they exceed expectations in most ways as a line
You should check out the 2017 NHL All star fastest skater competition, in those races one of the match ups is Mcdavid vs Mackinnon, probably two of the fastest in the league
I’m a huge Nathan MacKinnon fan and yesss he plays that good. it’s just not every time he shoots he scores. he is really fun to watch, he is the definition of entertainment on ice ML&R Nat
Loved this video as well, it's been a treat watching you go from not really understanding the game to becoming a fan and recognizing different aspects of the game. I think you'd enjoy watching Auston Matthews, young kid with unreal skill on the Toronto Maple Leafs.
It’s been great watching you react, and gain respect for the game! Cheers! Keep on keeping on! Would love to see a T. J. Oshie react! Oven chicken teammate
I suggest reacting to Elias petterson, from the vancouver Canucks. In less then 2 full seasons in the NHL, he's done things alot of NHL players haven't managed to complete/show in 10+ years. He also has the most effective slapshot in the NHL right now, he shares the ice with another very young player named Brock Boeser, who's also insane! And for something truly amazing look up the "Sedin twins" . They were on Vancouver from 1999 to 2017 or so. I grew up watching them and it still gives me shivers seeing what they were able to do. They knew exactly where they were on the ice at all times even without looking. It is absolutely insane. Please! Do the Sedin twins.
Would love to see you react to Nikita Kucherov. He won the Art Ross and Hart trophies last season, as the league's MVP and highest point achiever, respectively.
I remember seeing MacKinnon play before he got in the NHL and immediately said, "This guy is going first pick. He's a stud" still one of my favorite players in the NHL
Nathan MacKinnon is definitely one of the best in the NHL. He's incredibly quick on his skates, an amazing shot, and just an overall well rounded player. He's also a very smart player and will just as quickly go for an assist over a goal.
