I have loved Old Dominion for so many years on the radio. I decided to buy 2 tickets at the MN state fair. I ended up going alone. I absolutely feel in love. There were so many more songs I already loved. 2023 in Mankato MN was the best concert ever!
Have always loved their voices. Finally had a chance to see them in Green Bay '23. They were fantastic 😍❤❤🎉. Best show ever. They sounded just like their records. Never a variance. As if I was hearing them on the radio only better . I would love to see them again.
This was very insightful. I had not heard of this awesome group until the HERE and Now Tour. I love the band. Matthew's sharing was honesty was spot on. Looking forward to watching how the future unfolds. How great is it to have so much fun doing what you love.
Old Dominion creates great music, one of my favorite bands. My wife and I spent 5 days in Ashville in October 2015 to help a couple celebrate their wedding. Asheville is a great city and the whole area around there is very interesting. Western North Carolina is just beautiful in the fall. I learned to like and appreciate Manhattans at the Rankin Vault cocktail lounge. When I got home, I could not replicate the taste, so I called back to the bar and asked to speak to a bartender. He told me to use "Vya" sweet vermouth and that would help, and it did the job.
Not a hard core country fan but been writing songs for over 30 years. This band just blew me away, the lyrics the arrangements and basically every song is a perfect package the way they're delivered. These guys can't write a bad song, amazing song writing and talent. Best band in pop/country as far as I'm concerned. Not easy to write these many good songs. Keep it up, I'm a new fan!
I Love the way Matt sings and love his whole crew there really really good can’t really wait to hear his new song 🎵..... Matt has great talent and also the whole band ♥️🥰🥰🥰miss you all!!
Shame on me for only seeing this just today. I just saw them in Connecticut on the Halloween weekend. Matthew jumped the gun on singing "Make it Sweet" out-of-sync to close the show. So when he spoke of "leaf-blowing" in the interview, he did precisely that 9 months later. Bless him...and the band for being as everything they are. My thanks to him for saying, during said show in CT, that it "felt so real."

I’ll Roll is my favorite but there isn’t a bad or iffy song on the album. Can’t wait to see them in concert in May and especially can’t wait for the new album!!!
I love everything thing they record but my top favs are Some People Do, Dirt on a road, Hear you now and top fav is when they sing Dirks Bentley’s song “say you do” I love Dirks but I have to say I like old dominion more! Oh and ❤️Paint the grass green! Like I said everything they release I 💗😉
So I have this theory... what if the girl that Old Dominion told to "Break up with Him" - broke up with Sam Hunt... and resulted in "Break Up in a Small Town?" Listen to those two songs back to back and get back to me.
TR is too young to have done Some People Do. It comes across to me as a song that comes from such a deep place of wisdom, that Matthew could more easily be believable singing it. Just my opinion. Amazing song
