The trailer absolutely blew me away! Seeing Eggman again was my favourite part with his beard, pot belly, and mop of hair. I’m so glad that Jim Carrey decided to not retire from acting just yet. He was always the best actor in this sub-franchise and the fact that he’s playing two characters is even more amazing!

I love how the trailer is basically showing off shadow as an absolute menace to society and a genuine threat

Shadow is incredible and badass

As someone who genuinely enjoyed the Knuckles show, I really hope this movie doesn’t forget the character development both Knuckles and Wade went through. Knuckles learned about the importance of family and having fun. And Wade learned to defend himself and be a true warrior.

Good thing G.U.N aren't color-blind unlike in SA2.

Keanu sounds awesome, the animation looks amazing and the choreography is spectacular however I'm a bit upset it's not following SA2 and is leaning more to Shadow the Hedgehog game cause I was hoping it would be like SA2

Like someone else said, Mufasa and Sonic could both do well at the box office. But if I had to say something, Sonic might make more money domestically while Mufasa might make more internationally.

No one asked for that Mufasa prequel movie and Disney is butchering the titular character's backstory in it, but lots of people asked for the Sonic 3 movie and this new trailer is making the worldwide hype for it grow bigger, so I think that it has a chance of becoming THE MOVIE OF THE YEAR. Last year I heard that Sonic 3 had won an award of being the most highly anticipated movie.

Honestly this really reminds me pretty much Mewtwos story in the Pokemon Movie "remake" where they clearly knew it was a short as a prologue for the film where Mewtwo witnesses three starters and a girls dying wich makes him feel confused and grieving during all the film, but they ofc scrapped the scene even when they probably knew this added more character to him
