I bought the entire set of Atalie threads... I stitched The Roseburg Sampler by Modern Folk Embroidery with them and they were wonderful!!! You are the first that I have seen to mention them & stitch with them since I watched Birgit who mentioned that she bought them in her video! When you were showing your Easter tier piece, you said willow kittens... I love it, I'm going to try to remember that... they are called Pussy Willows in the US... I much like willow kittens better!!!

I have a question about floss. Specifically I was curious how rhe cost of DMC compares to cost in America. (I normally do not ask money questions, as I am not comfortable doing so.) So I am making an exception. In Tampa Bay, Florida, JoAnn's Fabrics carries DMC at .66 cents per skein, plus tax which is 8%. I am on a fixed income so I try to use coupons. Yesterday I bought almost $30 but my coupons gave me $10 off. I was thrilled!
Hi Rebecca , it’s okay for you to ask :) we have mentioned dmc being expensive and as of today, for reference on the French dmc website a skein is €1.88 In stores it can be a bit higher or a bit lower like 1.70 but rarely less. Dmc thread was made close to where we live with Marion, and it’s a bit frustrating but we accept it 😃
@@thesoulstitchers_fr thank you for answering. I don't usually buy overdyed threads as they run $2.50 for a 5 yard skein. The silks are of course very expensive but I have one chart "Thistle Do Nicely" that uses three Dinky Dye silks, so I'm going to use for that one chart. I do like Threadworx as I like the varigation! More yardage, less $

Lovely flosstube Ladies. I go to thrift stores in the area to find frames I have found Aida, linens fabrics cross stitch patterns and magazines. Beautiful stitching and wips, and starts. Enjoy your stitching time.😂
