Jacob, love your stuff... It seems every dark ride at all the State fairs you have attended, most of the " jump scares" dont work.. It doesn't seem fair that hard earned money is needed to ride an attraction that doesnt work... Not cool at all brother ..

I wish companies running these dark rides would put more effort into them. Half the scares do not work and exterior is more interesting than what is going on inside which is the tradition. With all the animatronics now a days they could come up with something better than the usual money grab hokum.

It's funny that I saw more of the fair in your video than I would have if I were there in person, because honestly, I would have watched the water sliding ducks all day.

I always feel like rollercoasters on state fairs are in the verge of derailing any moment.

We were there last week. So glad the haunted house ride worked for you. It kept breaking down when we were there. Also you got my coworker in one of your shots haha.

That seal cake was cute, he had a look kn his face like he's saying PLEASE😟don't eat me. Almost want to rescue him. That would BE a peice of cake.😁

That "Delusion" flat ride that broke down is a "Pegasus 16" ride from the company, "Technical Park". A sensor probably got tripped and the ride did exactly what it was supposed to do. Stop. It was most likely just a case of resetting the sensor, and manually resetting the ride. Most of the time, that solves most issues with these rides. These rides have a lot of built in safety features.

Here in the UK, the tilt a whirl is called a Waltzer. The Waltzer is alot faster, in the middle of it there is a booth where a fairground worker would play records really loud It added to the excitement of the ride, also the workers usually lads would stand on the ride & spin some of the cars which made it go faster we didnt have the safety bar down either although you have to now, ( health & safety). ❤

The guy you filmed called "cast in bronze" was playing one of the only portable carillons in the world(first in the US). Those are normally mounted in cathedrals. He was on America's Got Talent, but they didn't understand what they were looking at.

That really looked like what I think of as a State fair. Loved the exhibits of crafts, produce and animals . Not sure I would enjoy the donut dog but nice to see you back on the coasters and loved the Tilt -a-whirl when I was younger . Great video . Really enjoyed my visit with you . I was just there on Wednesday! I was disappointed by the dark ride, though it had an awesome beginning. But just one dark ride?! They should have had more. Also, this is not the same as the ride in Ocean City.

I work on the road traveling up and down I5 and the 101 in California. It’s not easy to eat healthy on the road. It’s mostly fast food and fried stuff. I’d love to see a video on how you eat slightly healthier while out on a road trip. Take care CB

The donut dog was new food this year. They also had a dill pickle pizza that was new this year. I went last week for the exhibits and the food. I ate very little because the prices are double what they used to be. $7 for a hotdog or a corn dog was a little steep. Great video.

You need to redo Georgia, the one you attended in Atlanta was not the official state sanctioned fair. It hasn't been for decades since they moved it from Macon. The genuine state recognized GA National Fair in Perry, GA is ranked as one of the top 10 in the nation. All of the exhibits, famous recording artists, a beautiful campus that the state spent millions on to construct around 30 years ago.

I stopped going to the fair two year ago. Cost is gouging. Turkey leg $16 dollars and a regular corn dog $10. $15 for old folks like me. the SC state fair was once a huge part of the midlands each year. Several years they put together a roller coster that took two week to set up. Called the Dopple Looping. Back in the 70's we always had a double ferris wheel aka SkyWheel. One year they had two Double ferris wheels side by side. I love about ten miles from Columbia and my mama brought me to the fair every year. Would even get me out of school early Friday to go to the fair. Until two year ago, I never missed the fair, not one time in my life. Now, I am done with it. The carnival they have now is half ass. Not like it used to be. They do'n't even have the Giant Ferris Wheel anymore. Very sad how it went down so.

One of the problems with your job. Everyone else can indulge cause fairs and touristy place are spaced apart but with your job it is an almost everyday thing. Couldn't deal with that! Just as well I despise being in front of a camera!! Lol

Man I really enjoyed these past fair videos. I thought here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast we were getting fall weather, but that changed as usual to warm and humid. My girlfriend and I are going to our county fair to eat gumbo and fair food.
