Only problem, if you're staying center strip, it will cost an arm and a leg to get there and back. RTC buses should run that far south, but they don't. Would love to try Mr. Mama's, but it's the same story. Guess I need to move to Vegas and have a car to drive around.

can't stand eggs benedict with overcooked yolks - if the eggs are braised they can't sit under a heat lamp if they are poached they can for a bit but not long - yolk has to be soft and burst out when you cut into it...

If anything, I put either CHEESE on top of my eggs or MUSTARD. I grew up eating near Encino CA so pastrami & eggs with grain mustard was a standard. Ketchup goes with poor quality fry's and a shot in meatloaf and a poor quality hamburger.

Lol. 😂 Basically my way of saying it’s decent, cooked correctly, and kept at temperature. Not gourmet by any means, but not bad either. One thing that will drive me nuts is buffet food that is old and/or cold. Sometimes the less expensive buffets go a better job keeping the food at temperature.

Disagree. I'm a local and this is the best local buffet, even better than overrated Green Valley buffet when it was still around. The only local buffet better than South Point was M Resort, which was almost twice the price you'd pay but also twice the number of food served. Question: what is then your favorite local buffet? Just curious.

I respect everyone’s opinion. I am a local and I enjoy the South Point buffet. Some of the items are better than others, but that’s pretty typical of buffets in general. It’s also unfortunate that the overwhelming majority of locals hotel have decided to not reopen their buffets. The M buffet was one of my favorites when it was around.

I’m inclined to say that was brown gravy by the scrambled eggs near the beginning of your video…..not brown sugar. It looked like it, anyway. 🤷🏼‍♀️ They had the brown gravy, rice, Spam, and hamburger patties near each other, so you could make a Loco Moco (Hawaiian dish)..

If you go for breakfast, you will get unlimited bloody Marys, but who is going to drink endless Bloody Marys between 7-10 AM on a weekday? Seems like a typical Las Vegas come-on. Still with that aside, the price of $11.95 seems like a good price for this average buffet. For $4.00 more, the lunch buffet is a much better value, as you will mostly get the same food as is serviced at the dinner buffet, but for a lot less than the dinner price.

Yes, I agree it’s somewhat of a come on. Comparing to the strip, the drink package in a buffet is an extra $20-$30 or $15-$20 per drink. The 1-2 included drinks. I’ll take it. Thank you for watching!

That looks like an incredible value for the money. The omelette station is what sells me a long with some of the Mexican offerings. I wish you would have tried the maple glazed pork belly.
