Fantastic achievement by our South Sudanese brothers.. Somalis have been doing real estate developments in Kenya for a while, it is great to see South Sudanese following suit. Brilliant stuff
Yes, Somalians are intelligent enterpernuers, I love ❤️ Somalians brothers and sisters in Canada 🇨🇦. I am South Sudanese and we live together with Somalis.
Congratulations to all of you. I am so proud to see my fellow brothers start a project that will show the rest of South Sudan that with Security and peace you can plant your flag💯
Peace is everything, food security, housing, infrastructure.....i am really envying these Sudanese brothers effort to prove that nothing is impossible, great minds, great ideas, good management, use of resources rightly...one will truly fly high
You have shown the rest of South Sudan what is truly possible when we come together as one, it only needs a few people unites to make a difference. God bless and continue
I am so amazed by talented south Sudanese investors, from lost boys to investors, wow, thank you all those who pool their resources and forged heads to bring this great ideas, God bless you.
What a great achievement and it will always remain a big lesson to the upcoming youths with great vision in future❣️🙏💯 Congratulations to my beloved brothers of Dinka🙌💯
Grand to have witnessed the official opening yesterday (18/12/21) by Nakuru Deputy Governor Dr Erick Korir. The project has made the value of land tp shoot in the area and more investments are coming up in that area.
Great brothers/sisters from South Sudan. Selflessly intelligent team. Making us all proud as close neigbours. Be blessed and continue to show the way other than notorious glorification of guns or being consumed in meritocracy and isolated pompous lifestyles. I can't thank you more.
Well done this is an excellent venture but Kenya has thousands of such estates. I hope you can set up such projects in South Sudan which I believe would benefit from it immensely
This a great idea and investment my dear brothers, however you ought to do more of this back in South Sudan, to bring its image to the standards of Kenya, so as to attract more investors back to South Sudan!
Peace and tranquillity is key to sustainable development ! If you all get it together in 🇸🇸 you can attract investors ! The lack thereof ! People are bound to invest elsewhere !
There only thing you need to understand is that no investors will go and invest in a war zone area , the least Kenyans can say to this man is to Thank Him for not being selfish.
Nairobi was built by a Ugandan known as Magoywa and some of our first post independent professional studied in makerere university in Uganda for the growth of S.Sudan you need to work closely with all your neighbors
Great development and investment!! The location is a beautiful 🤩 place . That is a great place I suppose ! I worked and lived at Egerton University and that area close to Njoro, is a beautiful, cool and fertile place ! When I visit Kenya next would love to visit it ! But it is beautiful! The peace and tranquillity in any nation is paramount for the sustainability and longevity of developments and also attracts investors ! So South Sudan 🇸🇸 needs to get itself together ! We are only stronger together ! But overall that is just brilliant and truth be told the whole project is championed with brilliant brains and mindset. I am quite impressed with the whole thought process and execution of the whole process ! Quite impressed!! Bravo 🙌 👏🏽 🎉
Beautiful investment, can imagine the obstacles they have faced and never given up! I hope and pray Kenyans we can do the same without taking each other advantage!
Beautifully done!!!😍😍😍🥰👏👏👏 Good job!!! That's right, you all are moving fast!! To beautify Africa!!! I love it!! God Bless it 😇💯😇 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 💪😎💪
Wow, wonderful. Well planned, well done❗ Keep expanding. I keep thinking someone should build inexpensive homes in South Sudan, which can be used by both tourists and long term renters. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I like South Sudanese in Kenya, because they're resilient, friendly with everyone and they don't like to complain so much. To me they're like my brothers that want the best for the country
Wait until you find them in western countries they are aggressive, crime is very high within this community. Kenyans hate to be associated with South Sudanese. So what visa do they get to develop in Kenya if I may ask.
I happy to day because i see first man investigation in Kenya from south Sudan we need more people to do business any country they stay south Sudan's people's i support I'm from Somalia i like people south Sudan's
Very well done, and congratulations! May God continue to bless you all. Your advice on working together and investing in Africa, not relying on the west is the best. How much are these homes going for?
YOU'VE DONE A EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL JOB. I LOVE THEM. WELL THOUGHT OUT JOB OF HOW THEY WERE TO BE BUILT. I WISH I COULD HAVE ONE. BY THE WAY HOW MUCH ARE THE HOMES, PLEASE? KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK & CONGRATULATIONS 🎉 ON YOUR VENTURE.
👉🇸🇸☻ - Don't forget these South Sudan Guys went to SCHOOL in Kenya before South Sudan became INDEPENDENT so they know these AREAS Very Well. They are SMART. 🇸🇸🇰🇪BEAUTIFUL HOUSES. KUDOS GUYS.🇰🇪🇸🇸 🇨🇦☻🇰🇪
When shall we develope south sudan brothers. This project can be done in lake state ,Awiel, Bor , Juba wau etc.It is very unfortunate when i see South Sudanese building nice houses outside South Sudan..Let us build in South Sudan and live in South Sudan.because it is our home. Kenya is not our home but our neighbour.
Levi this guys are young, what makes you think they will not invest in South Sudan? Kenya is just a start and a small city like Nakuru is idea for a new company. With time and with more investment capital this company will be able to venture to new countries like South Sudan, give them time. Well done lost boys….
Charity begins at home. They shd start with their country then diversify. Its coz kenyan laws are too lenient. Land being sold to foreigners anyhow...go to Sudan...
@@esskey4915 Please don't be xenophobic. Kenya welcomes all peace loving and law abiding people. What they are doing is contributing to Kenya development. Their investment created jobs for Kenyans. I'm pretty sure all the engineers who built the houses are Kenyans.
My prayer is to see the wake of a dawn when we as Africa do away with boundaries that identify us as these or that and as Africans from any part of the continent can join forces and develope a any part of the continent for ourselves.
Cool! looking homes its time we build the entire east Africa region to a world class level for the benefit and improvement of east Africans standards of living ...MENTAL LIBERATION! ECONOMIC LIBERATION!
This is a great project. My question is are they planning to live in them or are the houses up for sale? Btw open kitchen has become very popular in Kenya.
I’m just happy for you more than you imagine. I’m watching your page from California. I’m so interested to be one ☝️ of your customers. Also my reflection or recommend to my Darfur community. I’m sure they should have willingness to buy from great projects of nice Houses 🏡. I’m just coming back to Nakuru on June to buy house. See you soon. Thank you 🙏. I hope 🤞 you let your phone number on comments for more informations of prices. Thank you you doing great brother.
Yes,there is good potential there.I witnessed this, first hand last week.Encouraged to see a local supermarket, like Manna thriving in that region( Yala and Luanda).
That’s a good idea but investors are scared of investing there only for the locals to burn buildings down after elections. I think what can work there is for the people of the region investing there so that locals will respect that
@@mweusimrembo890 What locals. Don't spread tribal propaganda here. Sudanese are Nilotes, just like Luos. They should invest in Kisumu or Eldoret more where their true brothers are. Kisumu is very much more developed & offer more amenities as a City. They also relate more with the locals. Better than investing around tribal cocoons who might kill them in those Mungiki regions. I've seen some news of Sudanese being killed in Nakuru. The home of Land grabbers and tribal assassins.
